This was one of the best wine tasting experiences that I've had. On a rainy Saturday, I called the winery to see if they were open and if so, to make a reservation. My husband and I had our dog in tow. Since it was rainy we met in the barn with the families nephew, Alec and another group of locals from the area wanting to have a tasting. My husband and I felt truly at home during the tasting. We sampled a couple whites, several reds and went home with the Cabernet and olive oil. I would recommend calling ahead for reservations, bring food if you can and enjoy the experience. towner, reached out to me several times to make sure I found the place okay and to check in about my experience. This boutique winery goes above and beyond the extra mile.

Spent Memorial Day weekend at Sblendorio. It was a great relaxing time . Sblendorio is definitely a hidden gem.

Beautiful in every way - The image shows a landscaped outdoor area with a rock formation and small plants in the foreground. A red umbrella is positioned on the right side, providing shade. In the background, a hillside with fencing, trees, and shrubs is visible, along with a paved pathway on the left. The sky is clear and blue, indicating a sunny day.

Decided to try this spot out and I'm so glad we did. First off, it's absolutely beautiful. They even have cozy fire pit areas for when it starts to get chilly in the early evening. The sunset was stunning, even on a cloudy day. It's also very kid-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Our toddler was able to run around and explore because there was so much space (but we did come at 4pm on a Sunday). The wine was excellent. We had a bottle of the 2021 cab and a 2021 red blend, and both were great choices. There was also a pizza vendor on-site, and the pizzas were amazing. Maddie took care of us and was incredibly attentive. Even though we were seated outside, she consistently came by to check on us throughout our three-hour stay, which we really appreciated and elevated our experience. The winery is a bit out there, but if you're in the area or looking for a great winery to spend a relaxing day, I highly recommend this spot.

The couple times I've been, it wasn't too busy which is a nice change from the temecula wineries that always seem to be busy with tourist. They do not serve food other than little snacks like mini charcuterie boards and nuts. Sometimes they do have a food truck on site. Check their IG for more info before you go. @adobehillwinery My favorite thing about this winery is the grassy area they have set up with lawn chairs. They all have a basket of blankets so you can set up a picnic or just lay in the grass and read while enjoying the wine. I do wish they had a few more wine options but I understand that they are smaller and a newer winery.

Owners, Kim & George, are very friendly and offer up a huge selection of white and red wines. Parking can be a challenge. If there are no spaces open at the top of the hill, you'll have to park along the side of a steep driveway. The one plus is that they do have a golf cart that will run people up and down the hill, but I don't know if that's always available. The tasting room is average size, but there is a spiral staircase that leads to a large upstairs patio (uncovered) with incredible views. You can certainly enjoy a glass or bottle up there and take in the amazing views...all the way to the ocean! WINES: The Beach House property is 4 acres total, with 2 acres planted with grapes. On our last visit, the tasting menu listed 14 wines (whites, rosé, and reds), and we even tried a couple that weren't on the menu. The wines are well made, and some that we've purchased in the past have laid down well in our cellar. I always state, individuals' palates can be very different than mine, but I'm pretty sure there will be a wine you'll enjoy. I recommend you visit and check them out for yourselves. I think you'll enjoy it. NOTE: They're only open on Saturdays/Sundays.

The panoramic views from the rooftop patio are breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop of rolling vineyards and the distant ocean. It's the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon of wine tasting. The wines here are diverse. Each varietal is thoughtfully crafted, showcasing the winery's dedication to quality. We particularly enjoyed the Tempranillo and Syrah, both rich and flavorful. The owners are welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the tasting experience both enjoyable and informative. Their passion for winemaking is evident and adds a personal touch to the visit. The winery is also the owners' residence, which adds a charming, personal feel to the experience. Don't worry about limited parking at the top, one of the owners (the very kind husband!) will happily and safely drive you up and down the hill in a golf cart. Such a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! I'm looking forward to coming back to try more wines, and to check out the pizza vendor they had on-site. It looked and smelt amazing! Great wine, stunning views, and a friendly atmosphere, what more could you ask for?

Great hosts and very friendly. They also have a winery dog named Cabernet. This is not your traditional winery that's open daily or even every weekend like Warner Springs Wineries. They are open at least two times per year for the semi annual pick up party. Any other time is hit or miss. They do private parties and events probably more often than they are open to the public. One of their main goals is to sell their wine to restaurants. More bulk sales oriented. The drive from Temecula Valley is approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment for wine tasting. The wines are still maturing and I only found one wine that I cared for and that was the Rembrandt Pinot Noir. The whites I found more palatable....I enjoyed the sauvignon blanc and the chardonnay. Cheers!
