We decided to follow through on the adventure, as we jumped into the car, dropped the top, and headed down a winding road toward the property. Upon arrival, I was thrilled to find the parking area was paved and the winery appeared to be new, perched atop a valley overlooking trees, vines, and green farmland. Upon entering, we were greeted by the owner and staff with friendly smiles. After a brief explanation from the owner, we selected two tasting flights and took a seat outside to enjoy the view. Flight 1: 2024 Pinot Grigio, 2023 Rose, 2021 Red Blend, 2023 Muscat. Flight 2: 2023 Teroldego (Distant cousin of Syrah), 2022 Merlot, 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 Red Blend. The property was rustic yet modern, resembling a family room, living room, bar, and dining room, with a spacious outdoor entertainment area for all to enjoy, featuring sofas, coffee tables with fire pits, and end tables. Other seating options included picnic tables and beach chairs, perched at different levels along the cliff overlooking the vines and valleys below. On this particular day, it was quite windy, which made the outdoor option a bit chilly. This winery has food vendors, but allows patrons to bring food for on-site consumption. Overall, the experience was nice and relaxing, with gentle music playing in the background, allowing for pleasant conversations without the bar atmosphere typically found at wineries in Temecula. The wine was nice and refreshing, as we sipped and enjoyed the prosciutto, cheese, fruit, and chips we brought along. Adobe Hill is a definite return in the near future, having checked all of my favorable boxes.

Our toddler was able to run around and explore because there was so much space (but we did come at 4pm on a Sunday). The wine was excellent. We had a bottle of the 2021 cab and a 2021 red blend, and both were great choices. There was also a pizza vendor on-site, and the pizzas were amazing. Maddie took care of us and was incredibly attentive. Even though we were seated outside, she consistently came by to check on us throughout our three-hour stay, which we really appreciated and elevated our experience. The winery is a bit out there, but if you're in the area or looking for a great winery to spend a relaxing day, I highly recommend this spot.

If you are looking for a winery that has an unprofessional, rowdy brewery atmosphere that attracts Entitled Stank Faced Boomer Temecula Wine Moms and their Snobby Little Cliques LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Our Experience: my Wife and I came over to sample some wines from this winery that was recommended from a friend. On the Winery Website, you can do 2 different types of wine tastings: Classic Tastings of 6 wines of your choice or a Private Wine Tasting of 8 different ones for a higher price. This is what initially attracted my Wife and I to this winery in the first place (big mistake on our end). Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that wine tasting is no longer being offered at all. The incompetent red haired bartender at the front entrance provided us with no other alternative other than "Yea we don't offer that anymore, you can do by the glass or by the bottle." Her tone changed completely when I asked her about the Club they advertise everywhere. She then tells us that they are booked for the day, however the BAR and LAWN area are open seating, after 8PM everything is open seating. It was 6:30/7PM so we decided by that point, we'll wait for a spot to open up and enjoy some wine then in the meantime. We figured, it's just the 2 of us so we should have luck finding a spot. At the bar area, I noticed that 3 seats were left unattended. The people there got up and left, no drinks were left behind or any "Reservation" placards were placed to notify people. I walk over, sit down and wave to my Wife to come and sit at the bar area. We sat down, sipped some of our wine for 10-15 minutes. Bar had 2 people working, a gentleman and heavier set Blonde lady. Both of them never said anything and nothing was ever exchanged between us and the heavier set Blond lady. I was even thinking about buying a beer or cocktail and thankfully I didn't. Shortly after this time, an EXTREMELY RUDE, ENTITLED, and VISIBLY DRUNK lady and her husband RUDLY went in between my Wife and I and COMMANDED we leave her spots. My Wife and I laughed at her and were genuinely confused because the BAR IS OPEN SEATING, THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR OPEN SEATING. She then gets even more angry and DEMANDS we leave or else, says to my Wife and I "YOU're GOING TO LEAVE NOW," I tell the lady to kick rocks, it's open seating then she enters the bar area to talk to the heavier set Blond bar tender that we wont move. The Blond bar tender THEN has the AUDACITY to tell us "They have been sitting here all night, YOU TWO need to leave immediately." My Wife and I look at each other and absolutely laugh it off at the sheer absurdity of everyone's tone towards us. Who do you think you are to blatantly kick us out ON OPEN SEATING? Either you are severely undertrained from the Owner or you as a staff member play favorites with other entitled customers. Both of which are absolutely absurd. Upon this interaction, my Wife and I leave and go right down the street to Europa Winery and sampled several wines and had a $250 dinner at Bolero. Here, the experience was a complete 180° and we should've never wasted our time at Miramonte Winery being subjected to the nastiness from the Temecula Trash. If you are a large party, or wanting to host private events, I STRONGLY recommend ANYWHERE else besides Miramonte Winery. The Staff here is atrocious, rude, immature and ugly. I pride myself in never leaving nasty reviews but this experience changed everything moving forward.

Then, without me even asking, he asked what I had been drinking and went and got me a brand-new glass of sangria to replace it. When I thanked him, he simply said, "My pleasure," and you could tell he truly meant it. He genuinely seems to enjoy what he does and taking care of guests. Owners, Kim & George, are very friendly and offer up a huge selection of white and red wines. Parking can be a challenge. If there are no spaces open at the top of the hill, you'll have to park along the side of a steep driveway. The one plus is that they do have a golf cart that will run people up and down the hill, but I don't know if that's always available. The tasting room is average size, but there is a spiral staircase that leads to a large upstairs patio (uncovered) with incredible views. You can certainly enjoy a glass or bottle up there and take in the amazing views...all the way to the ocean! WINES: The Beach House property is 4 acres total, with 2 acres planted with grapes. On our last visit, the tasting menu listed 14 wines (whites, rosé, and reds), and we even tried a couple that weren't on the menu. The wines are well made, and some that we've purchased in the past have laid down well in our cellar. I always state, individuals' palates can be very different than mine, but I'm pretty sure there will be a wine you'll enjoy. I recommend you visit and check them out for yourselves. One of their main goals is to sell their wine to restaurants. More bulk sales oriented. The drive from Temecula Valley is approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment for wine tasting. The wines are still maturing and I only found one wine that I cared for and that was the Rembrandt Pinot Noir. Beautiful Resort, Disappointing Front Desk Experience…read more The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, comfortable villas, and a great restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful stay. After we had already checked in and paid the required incidental deposit, we were unexpectedly told to pay an additional deposit. When I questioned this, the Front Desk Supervisor, Michael, told us that if we did not pay immediately, our reservation would be canceled, despite the fact that our stay had already been paid for. What was even more disappointing was the way we were treated. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, with repeated references to "hotel policy" rather than any genuine effort to help. This happened on my husband's birthday, and it completely ruined the beginning of our celebration. The property deserves five stars, but the customer service we received at the front desk was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way.

Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.
