After working with them, it's easy to see why. We purchased three awnings and are absolutely in love with the results. I worked with Giovanni, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Most of our communication was done via text message, which I truly appreciated as a stay-at-home mom with two small kids--it's hard to have long, focused phone calls. Giovanni was patient, responsive, and very accommodating while I took my time selecting fabric and stitching, emailing the signed contract, and sending the deposit. Honestly, the process would have gone much faster if not for my own distractions! The awnings were completed and installed quickly, and I didn't even need to be present for the installation. Everything went smoothly, and the final result is beautiful and perfectly suited to our historic home. We plan to call them back in a few months to add two more awnings for our front picture windows.
