I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional.     Let's see if they can turn this around…read more Moved in after confirming with them the house I am renting needed to be cleaned. You know, they expect the spaces we rent to be pretty darn clean when we move out so I definitely expect it to be fairly clean with no dead bugs throughout the home when I move in. The cleaning was done but definitely a $20 sweep and wipe down. Oh well. I also confirmed that the fireplaces needed to be professionally maintenances prior to moving in. I had to bring it up three times after moving in before they admitted it wasn't completed and that they would only do one of the two fireplaces. Disgraceful. We lastly confirmed the garage needed to be power-washed because the previous tenants stained it with oil and grease which is a major hazard. They claimed they had that performed but there is zero difference. I informed them that our guest restroom toilet wasn't usable after moving in. Nothing has been addressed. I informed them the garbage disposal doesn't work. Nothing has been addressed. I've been receiving mail in a neighborhood, community mailbox with assigned keys and numbers. They finally informed me that I needed to go manage that on my own with the local post office. It took me two weeks to get that situated because they never told me about the mailboxes. Nobody from this office came and did a walk through with me like they said they would. They wouldn't even provide me a checklist to fill out to inform them of all the imperfections and damages in the house. They told me to send pictures? What the heck? Is this business even legit at all? Then setting up community services such as waste and water? I needed a file with the city to obtain a form. A form that this office had the entire time and never provided me or informed me I needed. More disgrace. I advise them about over 10 list items that needed immediate addressing and they never acknowledged them outside of telling me they didn't do the fireplace cleaning. I just started my lease. Let's pray they're able to do better by this home owner and me and my fiancé as new tenants.
