They did a good job repairing each element in my house. They were able to replace my ceiling fan, and all while I was at work.

WARNING: DO NOT HIRE SAM FOR ANYTHING! My HOA hired Sam to repair two panels from a fence that collapsed. Unbeknownst to me Sam told the management company that because they no longer pre fabricate the panels that the fence could not be repaired to be an even height and this (see pictures below) is how it had to be done. When I complained to my HOA and management company that this was unacceptable for many reasons, one being it wasn't an even height with the rest of the fence and it wasn't even affixed to the cinder block wall, Sam then returned! Without knocking on my door or anything, Sam moved my daughters sandbox onto our plants, killing them and was going to install a 2x4 in the middle of the panel that would be even with the rest of the fence but not the panel he brilliantly "installed". When I approached Sam, (I have a video if anyone wants to see it) who had the 2x4 and drill in hand, and ask him if he was going to install it, he told me that "They" instructed him to do that. I asked Sam who "they" is and he wouldn't tell me who "they" is. When I asked him why he didn't install 2 panels that are the same height as the rest of the fence with a 2x4 securing it in the middle, he said "they" told him to repair the fence this way. I then again asked him who they is and Sam proceeded to verbally accost me in front of my daughter, telling me that I'm a bad role model for my daughter and I have no "personal" skills. Once Sam was done with his tirade trying to belittle me as a mother for not allowing him to continue with this dangerous eyesore. I called my management company to see if maybe they knew who the "they" is who told him to fix the fence this way was and you'll never guess who "they" is.... It's Sam. Not only is Sam an incompetent "vendor" who I wouldn't even trust him to properly clean up after my dogs, he has zero work ethic, no concept of logic in repairs or customer service and satisfaction. The property management company at our apartment is a joke (LBPM). They're so lazy and incompetent that they installed our kitchen window upside down and with the wrong lock facing the wrong way. There was about an inch gap that the window would not close and the window couldn't lock. Anyway - this guy came over and figured out the issue in about 30 seconds. He flipped the window over, replaced the lock, and was done in about two minutes ladies. Five stars. read more

Sam and his guys did an amazing job repairing my living room wall that was damaged because of a water leak. I was a bit skeptical at first, because I knew that repairing a flat wall is not as easy task and not every repair man can do a nice job. It's a lot easier to cover the seams with a texture. It required a lot more sanding and patience from them to get the wall as flat and smooth as before. It all came out nice at the end and you couldn't tell that the wall was patched. In addition, Sam was very honest, responsive and made sure that we're satisfied with the outcome. I also liked that they did a clean job and made sure the dust doesn't spread all over the apartment. I called him on Monday to install plexiglass on my desk, Sam answered the phone, he asked me to take a picture of my desk that I sent to him. He called me and told me the cost can can be between $ 260 and $ 340, so I confirmed that it was ok. I texted him if he can come the next day. he didn't answer. The next day I called him, he said he didn't received my text till that moment on the phone with me. He asked me to tex him in 2 hours when he get in to his office, so I texted, he confirm is coming next day. The next day he called he is in his way, an hour later he called me saying a car hit him from behind and he would talk to me later. Whoever installed the toilet in my apartment a few years ago thought it would be a wonderful idea to anchor it to... well, nothing. Combine that with incompetent building management, and you get years of a rocking chair toilet. Sounds fun, right? Well it isn't at all. That's where Sam and SB come in. My garage door was BUSTED- like, it curved inwards instead of out- but they fixed it in two days! They let me know right away that a) it was fixable b) they needed a part and c) they would get it done the next day. Our Property Manager organized Sam to repair a window latch and screen as well as the shower head. He arrived 5 minutes early this morning which is amazing. Then he proceeded to repair the window, replace the shower head, and also repair 5 other windows that had the same problem. Of course I had to let our prop mgr know which he respectfully asked me to do so he can get credit and the scheduling works since he is used for all 12 units in our building. When he left he asked me to try the shower to make sure. I thought it was fine. But he noticed it leaking between the neck and the new attachment. After several false starts where, honestly, if he'd called it good I wouldn't have known the difference, he used teflon tape (who knew) and voila. He has an assistant who is equally professional. Not only were they on time, they were early. They did a very thorough job. My apartment was flooded from a burst pipe and they arrived and extracted the water out. The damage had already been done to my floors, personal property and there was nothing they could do about that.
