My laptop refused to turn on yesterday so I did a quick search of computer repair shops in my area. CompuMobile came up, had great reviews and was literally 2 minutes away from my home. . I walked in, was greeted right away, and the staff (I forget the gentleman's name, 3 letters, started with an A) was immediately sympathetic to the situation. He set me up on their text system, and took my computer. A couple hours later I received a call, the gentleman told me what they thought the problem was (damaged CPU) and they asked me for permission to go ahead with the repair and quoted me around $150 (which, considering my laptop is close to $1000, nevermind all the valuable info on it, is a pretty good deal). Another few hours later I received a call confirming that they have fixed it, and will stress test it over night. The next day I dropped by, a different gentleman by the name of Declan helped me. He gave me a full story to the best of his knowledge of what the issue was, how it happened and what I could do to prevent it from happening in the future, also confirming they give you a 60-day warranty in case the fix wasn't effective. Overall, very helpful and friendly staff, great communication. Will recommend to anyone to come here for phone or computer repairs. Thank you!

I have used them for many years and am totally satisfied. I do think they cater more to businesses which need complicated systems designed and serviced, but they have always made "house calls" for me when I needed them. And if something was under warranty, they got help immediately. Most all equipment malfunctions eventually, so quick, reasonably priced service becomes very important.

Well ... at Best Buy craziness ensued: cars were parked all over the place, inside it was complete pandemonium -- there's no way I could have gotten anything in any amount of time that would not have made me rue the day I had ever driven there. So I returned to Gibson's. Boy, am I glad I did. The deals there were just as great ($750 for a Samsung LED Smart TV) and there weren't the crowds to deal with, service was personal and stress-free, and within 10 minutes I was walking out with my TV. No sales pressure, no stress, no BS. And the best part is Gibson's personalized customer care -- something goes wrong with the TV, they come to your house, they take it out, they fix it, they bring it back. Highly recommended.
