Then I stumbled upon these guys, they were so quick to let me know they didn't have it in stock, but could order it. It's certainly not because of this married couple's warm & engaging demeanour. Far from it. Where costumer service seriously lacked before, it's all but vanished now. I went in to buy a battery for my key fob. Aside from being their unpleasant selves, the now wanted to charge me for opening up the fob. Last straw folks. Despite their rude & haughty attitude I've always remained polite. They always have to make a straightforward transaction unnecessarily difficult. You'd think they'd make business easier not more difficult, you'd think. They lost out on that purchase & a substantially more expensive purchase.
