She was always quick to respond to our email questions and reviewed all of the details with us over the phone a few weeks before the wedding. Booking a destination wedding sight unseen can be like taking a leap of faith, and soon after talking to Ivanka, we realized we couldn't have been in better hands. We were not expecting to be able to choose as many things about the ceremony as we did--we had an afternoon beach wedding followed by a 3 hour sunset sail reception (highly recommend adding the extra hour for the sunset sail) for 19 people including ourselves-- and we were able to select from choices for the decorations, flowers, music (we had a steel drummer who was also our DJ on the boat, DJ El Capitan,--he was fantastic!), vows, and cake. Ivanka provided us with information on how to obtain our marriage license, recommendations for transportation (we used Old Town Trolley Tours), hair, makeup, and wedding insurance along the way. Any questions we had, she had answers to. Ivanka served as both our wedding coordinator and photographer - we cannot say enough about how amazing she is. Our day went seamlessly, our family and friends had a fantastic time, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We received our beautiful pictures in only 2 weeks! The boat crew was also fantastic--they were so accommodating for all of our guests. Ivanka encouraged us to add on additional sandwiches to the food on the boat and we were so glad that we did--the appetizers would definitely be considered "light" appetizers, even for our smaller group, so the sandwiches were a must. If you opt for the sunset sail (highly recommended), just have reasonable expectations about the food - this is not going to be a sit-down dinner, but with appropriate expectations you will be pleased. After we returned from our sail, we went with our guests to the Waterfront Brewery for drinks and appetizers/food and this was a really great complement to what was available on the boat. Overall, our wedding was a perfect day for us. While we were able to have input into almost everything, I strongly encourage you to trust the process and to trust Ivanka. If you are looking to have an intimate ceremony without the stress and pressure of coordinating venues and vendors, then I couldn't recommend this enough!

If communication is important to you, you're better off selecting a different wedding planner…read more Michael and Rasa could not have been less communicative with us. We (58m in NC, 61m in VA) chose Conch Concierge a year prior to our June 2025 destination wedding, and things started out well enough. Until we started asking questions. "Can you review our invitation text to make sure we haven't overlooked anything?" "When do you recommend we mail invitations?" "Why does our paid retainer show as both a credit and a charge?" After prompting them for responses, we finally heard from them after anywhere from 10 to 19 days. We had to text them after being left waiting for a video call to start. Rasa appeared -- late, of course -- with no apology or explanation. We expressed our concern about their lack of responsiveness. Michael acknowledged their shortcomings and assured us, "Moving forward, we are committed to providing the responsiveness and clarity you rightfully expect." That did not happen. As we ordered the contents of our swag bags, we had them delivered to their office. There were about 10 total deliveries. Each time, we alerted them in advance about what was arriving and asked that they (1) verify the contents, and (2) notify us that the items were what we ordered. We asked this every time. They told us they would let us know. We didn't get a single confirmation. Not one. Zero out of ten. Although Rasa did end up confirming the shipments for us the week before the wedding, at that point it was entirely too late to reorder anything that might have been missing. Fortunately, our shippers fulfilled their end of the agreement and delivered what was ordered. But in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Conch Concierge left us completely in the dark. And lastly, we are now 68 days past our wedding and have not heard a peep about our photos. Nothing. Our contract reads "Estimated delivery for your online proofing album is approximately 30 days." Yes, it says "estimated" and "approximately." And things happen. What apparently doesn't happen with Conch Concierge, however, is communication. We have no clue regarding the status of our photos. But that's what we've come to expect from them. We're holding out to see how long it takes them to acknowledge us. (We're guessing this review might light a fire under them.)

We paid for 3 hrs for a photograph and he showed up super late, bc he said he didn't know what time he was supposed to be there. At our wedding dinner the photographer made up the time and took us away from our guests to make up the missed time. That didn't really matter because we never got our pics. Everyone in attendance was supposed to get a non-copyrighted cd with all the pics. That didn't happen. I emailed him about the pics after a month and a half and he said I should have gotten them and he'd have someone re-email me. Never happened. My mom paid for the services and actually contacted her credit card company I dispute the charges, which they then rewarded her all of her money back. My husband and I went down there this past week and were asking about the photographer. We were willing to pay him for the photographs bc we were pretty sure that he was never paid for his services. When asking around and telling locals what happened, they all had stories for us. I guess now he hasn't been seen for awhile around the area. I can't believe the website is still up since he isn't around and doesn't pay the people he contracts with. We got his name from friends of my mom who went through him (they live in Key West) and they feel horrible for what he's done.

He should not be in business w/ such poor business practices! Especially when it comes to WEDDINGS! The fact that the company is also known as "Stress Free Weddings" is completely ridiculous! I now see that I'm not the only person he has done this to. I hope he doesn't do it to anymore people because I hope no one EVER books with him again. If I could give him ZERO stars, I would. Snorkeling with Fury, Kayak Tours with Lazy Dog, Scavenger Hunt, Birthday Party & Dinner at the Conch Republic right in the middle of the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, finishing on a sunset cruise with Fury. Everyone had a great time and Maria helped make sure we picked the right events and setup reservation blocks for all our events, and then made sure the events we sponsored went flawlessly. The casual "Find the best KeyLime Pie contest" prompted a lot of fun facebook posting and the discovery of many different pies and a few top vote-getters! Maria spent time upfront to learn what kind of experience we wanted, and demonstrated a lot of experience on the island -- and through a series of emails and phone calls planned a series of activities. Ultimately, I didn't need to worry about anything when we got there! Lots of guests asked who helped plan this and said they will use We've Got The Keys for their next event in the Keys. Maria also helped bring in a fantastic photographer that captured our party from all angles. We came from quite a distance and so did many of our guests (Portland OR, Austin/Houston TX, Hershey/Harrisburg PA, Greensboro NC, Louisville, KY). Everyone enjoyed how the plan included both organized time and a lot of free play.

I contacted We've Got the Keys through their website several weeks ago, inquiring about setting up a time to discuss planning my Jan 2015 wedding. I got a quick email response from Jennifer asking for more information from me, saying they had my date available, etc... I replied to that email and then never heard back. A few days later I emailed again. And never heard back. A few days after that I called the office, on a Thursday, to try to set up an appointment to talk the next week. I was told that Jennifer was out with a client and had a busy weekend but would call me back on Monday. I was surprised that someone trying to gain my business wouldn't take the time to make a quick call or send an email to set up an appt but I figured I could wait until Monday. It is now a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointing. They may be very good at planning weddings but unfortunately, because of their poor communication & customer service, I will never know.
