Then we found Say Yes in Key West, and I thank goodness! From the moment I called them for the first time, all my stress and worry melted away. They took care of *every single detail* for a beautiful wedding with all the touches that made the special day I've always dreamed of even more amazing! We ordered the Hawaiian Paradise package for $3,000 with a ceremony at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park's R2 location. This particular location had an extra fee of $500, but it was absolutely worth it. This location is a beautiful swath of beach, gorgeous rocks, tropical foliage, and the beach faces the sunset perfectly. It is STUNNING, especially when the sun is setting. I couldn't have imagined a more romantic place to be married! They managed the difficult steps of the ceremony setup and breakdown, ensuring that all the vendors arrived on time, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! They handled the arbor, decorations, flowers, chairs, chair decorations, officiant, musician, photography, wedding cake, a beautiful sign made by a local artist, a ginger ale toast, transportation to and from the ceremony, and more. It seemed like an endless list, and they managed everything perfectly! The florals were absolutely exquisite! Say Yes had Karro Florals provide the flowers, and they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in my life! I was so worried they wouldn't be premium flowers, but WOW, they were stunning! They included so many floral arrangements, and draped the flowers and beautiful fabrics over a gorgeous bamboo canopy on the beach. It was SO PRETTY! They had the cake delivered directly to our reception at the Rooftop Cafe, and it tasted so amazing, everyone loved it! We ordered a two-tier cake so we could keep the top for our anniversary. Say Yes handled all the details and served as the middle man for all my requests, and throughout every stage of the planning, they never made me feel bad for being particular about something or trying to save money. They really made it so easy, and it was the most absolutely incredible dream wedding! Just like a fairy tale! I definitely recommend them, you will not regret it!

By far the one that took the cake (no pun intended) was a private charter with Chef Martin of Key West Personal Chef. He and his assistant Shaina took us aboard his boat with my fiancé, brother-in-law and his 9 year old son. After cruising through the flats and sightseeing the local islands off Key West and Boca Chica Key, Martin brought us to Snipe Key. He anchored his boat along a huge sand bar and carried all the materials he needed to the beach and prepared us one of the most amazing meals I've ever eaten. With simple but fresh ingredients he made salsa and guacamole, conch salad ceviche, lobster and shrimp salad rolls, jerk chicken skewers, grilled swordfish (caught that morning by his friend) and all the salads and fixings you can imagine. We enjoyed some iced cold beverages and music and had an epic day. We even did some snorkeling and took the obligatory pics on the swing at Snipe Point. On the way back Martin even took some time to bring us to some of his old hang outs and little inlets. He told us stories of growing up and camping and playing along these islands. He really knows the history of the area and he cruised through the shallow waters with ease. I bet he can do it with his eyes closed! When we returned to the dock Martin took the extra time to show us his prep kitchen space and supper club. Something he certainly is and should be proud of. He introduced us to his partners Lissette and Jose who were already prepping a private meal for another party that evening. Martin ended the day by giving us a bottle of champagne to congratulate us. He really is a gentleman and an outstanding human being, let alone amazingly talented chef! To top it off Shaina emailed us some incredible pictures she took throughout the day.
