Snorkeling with Fury, Kayak Tours with Lazy Dog, Scavenger Hunt, Birthday Party & Dinner at the Conch Republic right in the middle of the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, finishing on a sunset cruise with Fury. Everyone had a great time and Maria helped make sure we picked the right events and setup reservation blocks for all our events, and then made sure the events we sponsored went flawlessly. The casual "Find the best KeyLime Pie contest" prompted a lot of fun facebook posting and the discovery of many different pies and a few top vote-getters! Maria spent time upfront to learn what kind of experience we wanted, and demonstrated a lot of experience on the island -- and through a series of emails and phone calls planned a series of activities. Ultimately, I didn't need to worry about anything when we got there! Lots of guests asked who helped plan this and said they will use We've Got The Keys for their next event in the Keys. Maria also helped bring in a fantastic photographer that captured our party from all angles. We came from quite a distance and so did many of our guests (Portland OR, Austin/Houston TX, Hershey/Harrisburg PA, Greensboro NC, Louisville, KY). I contacted We've Got the Keys through their website several weeks ago, inquiring about setting up a time to discuss planning my Jan 2015 wedding. I got a quick email response from Jennifer asking for more information from me, saying they had my date available, etc... I replied to that email and then never heard back. A few days later I emailed again. And never heard back. A few days after that I called the office, on a Thursday, to try to set up an appointment to talk the next week. I was told that Jennifer was out with a client and had a busy weekend but would call me back on Monday. I was surprised that someone trying to gain my business wouldn't take the time to make a quick call or send an email to set up an appt but I figured I could wait until Monday. It is now a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointing. They may be very good at planning weddings but unfortunately, because of their poor communication & customer service, I will never know.

They took care of *every single detail* for a beautiful wedding with all the touches that made the special day I've always dreamed of even more amazing! We ordered the Hawaiian Paradise package for $3,000 with a ceremony at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park's R2 location. This particular location had an extra fee of $500, but it was absolutely worth it. This location is a beautiful swath of beach, gorgeous rocks, tropical foliage, and the beach faces the sunset perfectly. It is STUNNING, especially when the sun is setting. I couldn't have imagined a more romantic place to be married! They managed the difficult steps of the ceremony setup and breakdown, ensuring that all the vendors arrived on time, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! They handled the arbor, decorations, flowers, chairs, chair decorations, officiant, musician, photography, wedding cake, a beautiful sign made by a local artist, a ginger ale toast, transportation to and from the ceremony, and more. It seemed like an endless list, and they managed everything perfectly! The florals were absolutely exquisite! Say Yes had Karro Florals provide the flowers, and they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in my life! I was so worried they wouldn't be premium flowers, but WOW, they were stunning! They included so many floral arrangements, and draped the flowers and beautiful fabrics over a gorgeous bamboo canopy on the beach. It was SO PRETTY! They had the cake delivered directly to our reception at the Rooftop Cafe, and it tasted so amazing, everyone loved it! We ordered a two-tier cake so we could keep the top for our anniversary. Say Yes handled all the details and served as the middle man for all my requests, and throughout every stage of the planning, they never made me feel bad for being particular about something or trying to save money. They really made it so easy, and it was the most absolutely incredible dream wedding! Just like a fairy tale! I definitely recommend them, you will not regret it!

We made little tweaks to bring down the cost on some of the candle options, and that was really all I had to review! Of course it's cheaper to get someone just to do ad-hoc arrangements for you and then DIY everything else, but I am SO GLAD I wasn't responsible for setting that up and collecting it all at the end of the evening. It would've made my wedding day 1,000 times more stressful. Milan Event handled transporting our flowers everywhere they needed to go during the day and then picked up the decor after the reception, and it was worth every penny. The arrangements themselves were GORGEOUS and included a more expensive variety of flower than I had anticipated, which was a nice surprise and rare for the wedding industry. When the Milan Event folks showed up the day-of to my bridal suite with the flowers, they were even more beautiful than had I imagined. Most if not all of the bar stop servers were rude. They treated us as if they didn't want to host us at all...The drinks were weak. The bartenders were rude and when I mentioned it to the key west promotions staff (Bill) that they were rude he said...the 1st stop had 38 ppl and they were overwhelmed...well, maybe you shouldn't host a tour. Not sure what that has to do with us. I personally wouldn't recommend Key West promotions for any tours and definitely not the Duval Crawl. You'd be better off to tour Duval Street yourself.

PLANNING: From the get-go, Martina's catering proposal was thorough and transparent on costs and what would be provided. We made numerous changes and updates after paying our deposit (guest count, bar package, signature drink, etc.), and she was responsive and sent back updated total costs every. single. time. we made a new decision. THE FOOD: I am still thinking about the Cajun butter steak, and our guests are still talking about the conch fritters. They have a HUGE selection of entrees and appetizers. The mahi, creamy Tuscan chicken, and steak were our selections and they were INCREDIBLE. Schedule a tasting - the view from the affiliated oceanside restaurant is part of the experience!
