My husband and I were paying for everything without any help, and it was nerve-wracking building spreadsheets and watching costs rise. I finally gave up and looked for a package company. Then we found Say Yes in Key West, and I thank goodness! From the moment I called them for the first time, all my stress and worry melted away. They took care of *every single detail* for a beautiful wedding with all the touches that made the special day I've always dreamed of even more amazing! We ordered the Hawaiian Paradise package for $3,000 with a ceremony at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park's R2 location. This particular location had an extra fee of $500, but it was absolutely worth it. This location is a beautiful swath of beach, gorgeous rocks, tropical foliage, and the beach faces the sunset perfectly. It is STUNNING, especially when the sun is setting. I couldn't have imagined a more romantic place to be married! They managed the difficult steps of the ceremony setup and breakdown, ensuring that all the vendors arrived on time, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! They handled the arbor, decorations, flowers, chairs, chair decorations, officiant, musician, photography, wedding cake, a beautiful sign made by a local artist, a ginger ale toast, transportation to and from the ceremony, and more. It seemed like an endless list, and they managed everything perfectly! The florals were absolutely exquisite! Say Yes had Karro Florals provide the flowers, and they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in my life! I was so worried they wouldn't be premium flowers, but WOW, they were stunning! They included so many floral arrangements, and draped the flowers and beautiful fabrics over a gorgeous bamboo canopy on the beach. It was SO PRETTY! They had the cake delivered directly to our reception at the Rooftop Cafe, and it tasted so amazing, everyone loved it! We ordered a two-tier cake so we could keep the top for our anniversary. Say Yes handled all the details and served as the middle man for all my requests, and throughout every stage of the planning, they never made me feel bad for being particular about something or trying to save money. They really made it so easy, and it was the most absolutely incredible dream wedding! Just like a fairy tale! I definitely recommend them, you will not regret it!

But it was a whole lot more than just that. He was like a concierge with booking everything else. Still on cloud nine from our dream elopement in Key West…read more We trusted Conch Concierge Weddings with our elopement wedding in Key West and it was truly beyond anything we could have ever imagined. They did absolutely everything: planning, photography, officiating, florals, and even transportation; making the entire experience seamless and completely stress-free. From the very beginning, Rasa and Michael felt like people we had known forever. Their warmth, kindness, and calm energy made us feel completely at ease, allowing us to truly be present and soak in every second of our day. Rasa is pure magic. Not only is she an incredibly talented photographer and creative, but she's also an artist in every sense. My bouquet was breathtaking! It was filled with vibrant tropical flowers and wrapped with lace from my dress, which made it feel so personal and meaningful. My husband's boutonniere was stunning. The greenery she chose was so unique and elevated the entire look. Every detail she touched was intentional and beautiful! And the way she captured our day...we have no words. Rasa's eye for photography is unmatched. The photos, the videos, the moments; everything feels like a fairytale. She turned our memories into something we will cherish forever. She captured both still photos and short video clips throughout the day and then transformed them into breathtaking videos. We received our short video the very next day, and our full gallery just a week later, which is unbelievable. Our family and friends are in awe about how creative, elegant, and absolutely stunning everything turned out. Michael created the most heartfelt, personal ceremony for us. Through their thoughtful planning process, he took the time to truly understand our story, and it showed in every word. It was emotional, genuine, and perfectly "us." His gentle presence made the moment even more special. We chose the photo experience package, which allowed us to have a first look at the beautiful Casa Marina Key West where we were staying (a moment I will never forget ). Then, we were whisked away to Smathers Beach where we said "I do" with the ocean as our backdrop. We explored more beautiful spots for photos and wrapped up the most perfect morning by 11:00 AM. From there, we were transported in a pristine van to Smathers Beach for our ceremony, and then to two additional locations for photos. Every part of the timeline was thoughtfully planned and executed perfectly by Rasa and Michael. They kept us laughing and smiling along the way. It was intimate, joyful, stress-free, and full of love; everything we dreamed of and more. They even recommended the most breathtaking restaurant for our wedding lunch at Louie's Backyard, which was the perfect ending to the most perfect day. It's such a beautiful thing to meet two people for the first time and trust them with something so important, while exceeding every expectation. They brought our vision to life so flawlessly. With their guidance, support, and genuine kindness, we were able to fully relax, be ourselves, and truly soak in every moment. Rasa and Michael didn't just plan our wedding...they gave us an experience we will carry in our hearts forever. We are beyond grateful for this experience and truly would not change a single thing. If communication is important to you, you're better off selecting a different wedding planner…read more Michael and Rasa could not have been less communicative with us. We (58m in NC, 61m in VA) chose Conch Concierge a year prior to our June 2025 destination wedding, and things started out well enough. Until we started asking questions. "Can you review our invitation text to make sure we haven't overlooked anything?" "When do you recommend we mail invitations?" "Why does our paid retainer show as both a credit and a charge?" After prompting them for responses, we finally heard from them after anywhere from 10 to 19 days. We had to text them after being left waiting for a video call to start. Rasa appeared -- late, of course -- with no apology or explanation. We expressed our concern about their lack of responsiveness. Michael acknowledged their shortcomings and assured us, "Moving forward, we are committed to providing the responsiveness and clarity you rightfully expect." That did not happen. As we ordered the contents of our swag bags, we had them delivered to their office. There were about 10 total deliveries. Each time, we alerted them in advance about what was arriving and asked that they (1) verify the contents, and (2) notify us that the items were what we ordered. We asked this every time. They told us they would let us know. We didn't get a single confirmation. Not one. Zero out of ten. Although Rasa did end up confirming the shipments for us the week before the wedding, at that point it was entirely too late to reorder anything that might have been missing. Fortunately, our shippers fulfilled their end of the agreement and delivered what was ordered. But in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Conch Concierge left us completely in the dark. And lastly, we are now 68 days past our wedding and have not heard a peep about our photos. Nothing. Our contract reads "Estimated delivery for your online proofing album is approximately 30 days." Yes, it says "estimated" and "approximately." And things happen. What apparently doesn't happen with Conch Concierge, however, is communication. We have no clue regarding the status of our photos. But that's what we've come to expect from them. We're holding out to see how long it takes them to acknowledge us. (We're guessing this review might light a fire under them.)

We paid for 3 hrs for a photograph and he showed up super late, bc he said he didn't know what time he was supposed to be there. At our wedding dinner the photographer made up the time and took us away from our guests to make up the missed time. That didn't really matter because we never got our pics. Everyone in attendance was supposed to get a non-copyrighted cd with all the pics. That didn't happen. I emailed him about the pics after a month and a half and he said I should have gotten them and he'd have someone re-email me. Never happened. My mom paid for the services and actually contacted her credit card company I dispute the charges, which they then rewarded her all of her money back. My husband and I went down there this past week and were asking about the photographer. We were willing to pay him for the photographs bc we were pretty sure that he was never paid for his services. When asking around and telling locals what happened, they all had stories for us. I guess now he hasn't been seen for awhile around the area. I can't believe the website is still up since he isn't around and doesn't pay the people he contracts with. If you are thinking about having a wedding in Key West, FL and are looking for a wedding officiant,…read moreSteve Torrence is your guy. I'm not sure where to start but he is highly recommended all over town and after our wedding, we figured out why. First, you can contact him any time through email or phone and he will get back to you asap. Steve is the nicest man you will ever meet and is genuinely into your wedding from start to finish. He is also one of the lowest costing wedding officiant in Key West, I think he really enjoys what he does and doesn't want to raise the price. Here is what we did: We spoke to Key West Cakes about getting a cake for our wedding. The lady there used to be in the wedding planning business down there and knew just about everyone, especially the venues and people to avoid. Anyway, she recommended Steve to us so we decided to inquire. We contacted Steve a few months before our wedding, told him we wanted him be our officiant. He responded back and told us that he will mark us on the calendar and when we get in town, give him a call to meet up and discuss what route we wanted to go. When we arrived we contacted him and he said he would come to us which was nice because we had a million things to do and had limited time. He met us at the Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa and he was the funniest and nicest guy you could ever imagine. Since we were worried about rain, he had his church on standby incase we needed to use it. That was an added bonus! He asked us what we'd like him wear, a suit, a officiant gard, ect. He chose the garb because it made the pictures look neat. He told us everything we needed to know and to remember to breathe. You can even to a butterfly release if you want. On wedding day, he was early, came prepared, and calmed our nerves a bit. The wedding went better than planned at Fort Zachary Taylor Park/Beach and the rest is history. He signed our papers and we received our official license in the mail a few weeks later. Steve was the best and we are glad he was part of our special day!
