Danger's coordinator put me in touch with Vidal a few weeks prior to the wedding date, and we immediately hit it off like old friends. The day of the wedding, we showed up late due to me having a last minute breakdown over not being able to tie a bow, (lol) and just having wedding day jitters. We find Vidal, and JESUS LUPITA NYONG'O CHRIST, I could not be more thankful this man was our photographer. His personality immediately calmed my nerves. He took control over directing my neurotic ass by explaining what to expect, where I needed to be...he even paid attention to when the boat might hit rough water and directed my husband to make sure I didn't fall over. Vidal took pictures of everyone prior to boarding quickly but clearly knew what he was doing. I appreciate so much that he was so focused and thorough, working with the time we had while maintaining a lighthearted vibe. So many people commented later how much they "loooved the photographer." Vidal definitely made a positive impression. We had a small reception for a couple hours after the ceremony at Grand Vin and booked Vidal for an additional hour. His prices were reasonable and honestly, you could charge so much more, Vidal! Your energy was so perfect, I'm so glad our paths crossed and the photos are AMAZING!! Next time we're down there I'm calling your ass for a night out! Oh, Vidal also does wedding planning, I have no doubt he's amazing at that as well.
