If communication is important to you, you're better off selecting a different wedding planner. Michael and Rasa could not have been less communicative with us. We (58m in NC, 61m in VA) chose Conch Concierge a year prior to our June 2025 destination wedding, and things started out well enough. Until we started asking questions. "Can you review our invitation text to make sure we haven't overlooked anything?" "When do you recommend we mail invitations?" "Why does our paid retainer show as both a credit and a charge?" After prompting them for responses, we finally heard from them after anywhere from 10 to 19 days. We had to text them after being left waiting for a video call to start. Rasa appeared -- late, of course -- with no apology or explanation. We expressed our concern about their lack of responsiveness. Michael acknowledged their shortcomings and assured us, "Moving forward, we are committed to providing the responsiveness and clarity you rightfully expect." That did not happen. As we ordered the contents of our swag bags, we had them delivered to their office. There were about 10 total deliveries. Each time, we alerted them in advance about what was arriving and asked that they (1) verify the contents, and (2) notify us that the items were what we ordered. We asked this every time. They told us they would let us know. We didn't get a single confirmation. Not one. Zero out of ten. Although Rasa did end up confirming the shipments for us the week before the wedding, at that point it was entirely too late to reorder anything that might have been missing. Fortunately, our shippers fulfilled their end of the agreement and delivered what was ordered. But in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Conch Concierge left us completely in the dark. And lastly, we are now 68 days past our wedding and have not heard a peep about our photos. Nothing. Our contract reads "Estimated delivery for your online proofing album is approximately 30 days." Yes, it says "estimated" and "approximately." And things happen. What apparently doesn't happen with Conch Concierge, however, is communication. We have no clue regarding the status of our photos. But that's what we've come to expect from them. We're holding out to see how long it takes them to acknowledge us. (We're guessing this review might light a fire under them.) read more

We reserved a official during 07/2021 but had planned to come down and get married the year before. We are from Pennsylvania and actually picked this company from Yelp reviews. It was so easy to pick your package, pay and leave a tip on their site. We did have to go to town hall early in the morning to get a marriage certificate. That took about 20 minutes. We were getting married at 12pm so we had plenty of time to walk around and get coffee and breakfast. As for the ceremony, we told them we were just basic laid back people that love to travel and have fun. We were given a place to meet on the beach with a photographer they provided. The ceremony was both loving and hilarious. We both promised to continue loving each other until the end of time. But if there is a zombie apocalypse, we promise to eat each other last. (We didn't ask to do a zombie theme but we were laughing hard). We did have one hiccup. The jets from the navy base were doing runs up the beach, which actually added to the experience as we are both from military families. Our officiant was so cool and friendly. He even cracked the joke of "you've been together for 7 years and now your getting married? That isn't normal for the 7 year itch" We explained Covid messed everything up. He was amazing. The photographer was awesome. We only had about 20 minutes with her and she took fantastic shots. We asked if we could use our towel in a few pictures and she said sure. She had no idea what a terrible towel was and was totally surprised when I pulled it out of my shorts. I think she was thinking laying on the beach pictures. To her credit she loved the history of the towel and it's meaning to us and my wife's choice on dress for the ceremony. I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you Conch!!!! read more

So this review took a lot out of me to write because this man seriously scares me as I know he will instantly attack me, but I feel that I definitely need to warn others. I would absolutely not recommend Conch Concierge Weddings to anyone. I regretfully contacted this company as they were on the vendor list my wedding venue personally emailed me and upon initial contact Michael seemed very personable. That is, until I simply asked him for a refund. After sending the payment, I got a call shortly after with a very frustrated and annoyed Michael stating that he can't do the "I do" package at the location I was getting married at and that he "supposedly" specifically mentioned Smathers Beach. First off, he never NOT ONCE mentioned Smathers Beach. I don't even know where that is. Then he went on to say it was now going to be $350 because it was a 30 minute drive from him and he needed to find parking. After speaking with my fiancé we decided to go with someone else and respectfully asked him for a refund. Not only did he send me a condescending, nasty little voice text, but he proceeded to text me asking how I can be so "cavalier" and completely ignore conversation specifics outlining the details???? Cavalier?! Seriously?! This was especially confusing to me as we spoke about the venue I was getting married at down to the sweet employee that works there and I specifically told him I was just looking for an officiator as my fiancé and I were having a very small and intimate wedding. Not ONCE during our conversation did he mention there would be an extra charge for our specified wedding venue and I also did not appreciate the fact that he said hopefully this will be a learning experience for me and I'll carefully listen to simple details next time. I'm not exactly sure who he thinks he is talking to and insulting people this way ESPECIALLY to a couple who reached out to him for his services, but I am honestly so glad he did not officiate my wedding as he made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as well as a few other brides in the past who have had a similar experience to mine. I have all text and email proof of how incredibly rude he is minus his little calculated voice text message that disappears minutes after you listen to it, but I do have my response to it. Ok... full disclosure, I bought a ring with no time spent thinking about how I would actually purpose. I mean the hard part was done, right? So I'd hoped. Like many other guys, I wanted to make the moment special and the gesture memorable, but without all of the added theatrics. The problem for me, everywhere I searched online and every article I read seemed to hover somewhere between way too cheesy or just way too lame and cliche. So, after spending the last few months under quarantine, my fiancé and I decided to take a staycation and drive down from Orlando to Key West. A great idea, except for the fact that we're a bit impulsive and planned just three days out... a real problem for a guy with a ring and no clue on how I was going to pull off being romantic, thoughtful and spontaneous! Especially when the later don't always coincide. Nevertheless, as we're laying in bed thinking of things to do while in town, a quick google search pulled up some of Michael's photos taken at Dry Tortugas National Park. My fiancé gasped... "Aw, how special? I wish we could take pictures like that" and fellas the light bulb completely went off! We finally agreed on a day trip to Fort Jefferson (Dry Tortugas). The day was set and the plan went into motion. Knowing time was almost non-existent, I waited until she feel asleep and emailed Michael at some ridiculous time at like 1am. My e-mail literally said "Hi, I'd like to purpose during a day trip to Dry Tortugas. We're going to be there in three days, sorry for the short notice. I saw your photos and LOVE them. Please help!" The next morning Michael texted me, in full stealth mode... "Hi, call me asap to discuss your trip". A short phone call later, I was sold! This guy knew EXACTLY what he was doing. In less than an hour, he helped me plan the most incredible proposal ever! Ok, I'm a little biased but everyone else seems to agree also. In short, Michael and Rosa secretly followed us during our day trip to Fort Jefferson. They thought through ever little detail and even convinced the pilot of the small sea plane that we charted to let us sit in the front two seats so they could take pictures behind us. Once we landed, we walked around aimlessly for 15 minutes or so, until I saw Rosa and Michael and gave them the cue. I dropped down and one knee and the rest was simple... After the deed, they followed us for the remaining time we had on the island and gave us some of the most beautiful photos I've ever seen. I'm not sure which she was happier about, the pictures, or the proposal. Michael and Rosa are amazing, wonderful people who really love their work and it shows. Buyer beware. Upfront it all seems great and cordial, the wedding day was very nice and we were actually pleased with the experience and excited for what was to follow. However, when you expect a product after the main service is complete, from our experience you will be highly disappointed! We paid $225 in full and upfront for a raw video file (no editing at all) and never received it. Upon asking kindly for the video through several emails and being told he would send it (if he responded at all), Michael completely disregarded those conversations and it was never sent. We believed the customer service warranted a partial if not full refund because the turn around time was ridiculous (over 3 weeks for a small video file), instead he refunded all of the money for the video and then condescendingly asked us why we would expect to receive our video after a refund. The point is, we wanted a video of our wedding day since we eloped with no family or friends present, that is why we paid for the wedding video in the first place. The refund was a suggestion, not a demand, and would have helped appease the frustration we were feeling about the situation. It most certainly wasn't mentioned to replace the video we had expected to receive. We felt Michael turned it around on us using the hurricane which (happened last year) and power outages as an excuse for a delay and questioning our patience. Instead of calling us to discuss any of our emails or concerns, he chose to start a long text conversation and accused us of using personal attacks and cruel words which legitimately never happened unless questioning a business' customer service is unusual. I would be happy to post screen shots of all of the correspondence to show that if there is any question. Never once in all of the opportunities to make the situation right, did he attempt to do so. He sent a refund which was great, other than the fact that all we truly wanted was the video and it began to seem like it didn't even exist. We are actually very patient people and have waited over a month for one little file, our family's have been looking forward to viewing it and apparently they will never get the chance to. If any kind of explanation would have been offered in good time for the delay, we would have understood. It was only the missing product that led us to question anything, especially after being told it was on the way. We also got photo prints in the mail today which have no color correction at all and took over 3.5 weeks to receive. $106 for 10 photos under 5x7 in size with no editing. I guess "you get what you pay for" doesn't even apply in this whole situation. The only good part is that are married, which overshadows the terrible experience we had with this business. I hope anyone who uses Conch Concierge has a far better experience than we did. read more

Michael was the officiant for our very simple beach wedding. We wanted a wedding we didn't have to stress over and Michael made that possible. He read several beautiful poems and had perfectly written vows. We were so happy with how the ceremony turned out and couldn't have asked for more. We paid extra for it, but it was definitely worth the money to have such a nicely designed certificate to frame and hang in our home.
