Why would a company provide a quote for an item that is not on their menu? That's weird in itself…read morethen to try and overcharge for said item is even more weird. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

As for our actual wedding day, the catering team were there timely, had everything set up with their own decor which I didn't expect but appreciated, and we received many compliments on the food and their service. They helped where they could and we are so thankful for their efforts. Also thank you to Hutch for introducing himself to my husband and I before the reception started and letting us know that he was there for anything we needed.
