Why would a company provide a quote for an item that is not on their menu? That's weird in itself…read morethen to try and overcharge for said item is even more weird. I understand that you wanted to reply to my earlier review but it honestly made it worse. When you don't provide an item the correct thing to do, as a business, is to either figure out how much the going rate is or simply say you do not carry the item. Pretending to and knowing it is something you don't carry would have made the experience much worse. Again, I never requested a quote from you, Yelp sent it to numerous vendors. So once more, in the future, the most simple thing to do is be honest and say you don't carry the item, never made it, and apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day.

This time, though, every single family member raved about the food. No complaints at all. I know exactly who I'll call for future parties!

I also love that he can plan well enough to not have any waste. We had a bit of entrees leftover at the end of the night but nothing crazy. And pro-tip: his appetizers WILL run out because they're so delicious so make sure someone grabs appetizer plates for the bride and groom ahead of time. His staff was so friendly and helpful, we hired a bartender through him as well to help pour wine for our guests.
