Great experience @ Public Lands in Medford, OR. !!…read more I found Public Lands to be jam-packed with a wide variety of recreational supplies, outdoor necessities, apparel, plus much much more! They have well known high-end quality brands, that can be quite expensive, so be prepared to pay the price. The store itself is ridiculously huge and enticing... you could spend quite a long time here if you didn't have a specific target and/or budget in mind! The employees were productive and helpful when looking for specific items. When I was ready to purchase my items, Joshua was friendly and courteous. He also enthusiastically signed me up for their free membership. I had an overall pleasant experience and look forward to shopping here again. Thank you.

There was more to consider, but that will have to wait for the next trip or closer to a future ski season. Store staff were more than helpful in leading me onward.

Great Customer Service by employee Kevin @ Dick's in Medford, OR…read more During my time here, Kevin was on the floor, and asked me if I needed any assistance. I let him know of my search for binoculars and he did indeed escort me to the binocular display case, and called for another employee to take over who knew more about them, which I appreciated very much. The next day, I returned in search of another item, and he was on shift again. He assisted me, used his inventory gadget to look up merchandise, and let me know what was in stock. Thanks Kevin! This store has quality merchandise, so be prepared to pay the price. Other employees I have interacted with here are subpar. Ask for Kevin.
