The bun was incredibly fresh, light, and pillowy, while the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the perfect balance of richness and tang from the kimchi. The pickled vegetables added a bright crunch that tasted incredibly fresh. We started with the salmon tartare, and it was phenomenal! Rich, buttery, bursting with flavor, and so good we were literally fighting over the last bite. And the scallop? Order one for each person. Seriously. It's far too delicious to share. It had just the right amount of heat, leaving the perfect lingering warmth that immediately made us want another. Do yourself a favor and give yourself enough time to work your way through the menu, because every dish we tried was outstanding. Each plate was thoughtfully curated, beautifully executed, and cooked to perfection. I like to call it the C³ trifecta: curated, created, and cooked. Without question, this is some of the best food we've had in a very long time. We can't wait to come back (when visiting) and continue eating our way through the rest of the menu.

Ambiance was great - super warm and welcoming which was magnified by the host. Super lovely. Then the wait staff. Whoever is hiring/training is doing a great job! Not drinking right now but the cocktail menu was super tempting. Every menu item sounded great. We got some help on ordering from our servers and Tanya picked ones she had enjoyed before. We also sat right beside the pick up window so it was fun seeing food come out! The food was fantastic. See pictures for what we ordered. Not sure if I can remember the names of everything but it was a perfect combo!!

We have noticed the quality of the food slipping through the years since they opened in 2020. Tonight we came in at 7:30 on a Friday night, we were expecting to wait at least 15 minutes to get a seat. We were seated immediately in a barely filled restaurant. No server to be seen for 15 minutes, the bartender actually took our drinks and appetizer. The food is priced fairly and drinks are priced well, the cocktails are quite good actually. Deep fried pickles come out, the oil clearly needs to be changed in the deep fryer, black specks all over the pickles and definitely overcooked as they were overly browned and quite rubbery. Taste left something to be desired as well. Chicken souvlaki comes out, presentation is nice at first look, I pick the wrap up and it falls apart immediately, that's fine. I unwrap the wrap from the wax paper and it is COVERED in grease. I understand that I'm eating at a pub/bar but you have to draw the line somewhere on how greasy food can be. Server comes back after another 15 minutes to ask how food is, I explain that it's too greasy and I don't want it. The food was comped without request. I did appreciate that, and it goes to show that the server was aware of the problem and is attentive to her job. She was a lovely server and I have no complaints about the service I received. The food leaves a lot to be desired, disappointing.

It was a perfect way to spend a few hours. It was a pleasant Spring afternoon and it was busy. There is seating indoors and outdoors. We chose seats at the window indoors. Once a big crowd left, it was a lot more pleasant for us -- we like a bit of space and quiet brewery whenever possible. It seems timing, depending on what you prefer is the key to success when visiting here. The beers were delicious. I went with a dark beer, high abv. It was the Doppelback. My husband had a saison Brett for ironic reasons. They were both delicious. It was so lovely just hanging out and enjoying the brewery. Staff were friendly and seemed like they loved every bit of their job. The washrooms were clean. There was a Mac and Cheese pop up stand/truck. Families ordered from it while we were there and the kids sure seemed to enjoy it. Parking can be tricky when it's busy. We ended up parking on the side of the road. Who cares, though. The beers were worth it! See website for more details.
