Additionally, we are in the Austin area, which is semi-new territory for J. Wales. Derek, our sales person, got up on the roof with our insurance adjuster and made sure we got every penny we were entitled to. I was still checking with other companies though and did not respond back immediately. Derek checked in periodically, but never pressured us. When we finally did decide to go with J. Wales, Derek and Project Manager Tony came to our home, went over all of our options, and answered all of our questions. After doing the paperwork, Office Specialist Shanda helped wrangle all of the paperwork for our mortgage company. James and crew worked hard getting the roof done and cleaned up very well. It is less expensive than standing seam, but still has concealed fasteners that will not rot out due to exposure to the sun.
