Chip and Trish literally "held my hand" through the entire inspection, appraisal, insurance process; something I had NEVER been through before. They were honest, encouraging, but above all they were patient with me. The attention to detail that they and the crew from Tritan provides in repairing/replacing a roof should be emulated by other companies. To say they "do it right" is an understatement, and was obvious when they pulled the old roof off which was shoddily done on a home that is barely 5 years old. (Shame on today's builders.) A recommendation to use Tritan (Chip & Trish) is an understatement. If you want it DONE RIGHT, hire Tritan. If you want it DONE HONEST, hire Tritan. He was able to function perfectly as a general contractor -- he has connections everywhere to cover every single thing that you could possibly need done, and he handles it all. He also was able to guide me through the insurance process, including when my adjuster was being difficult (but that's another story). In any case, no matter what work you need done on your home, I would highly recommend you contact David and ARS to get it done. 3 months later, I still hear some of my neighbors getting their roofs repaired, and as far as I can tell, they're not doing as good of a job. His crew was fast, efficient, and respectful. I'm not sure what other great things I can say about ARS. There were literally no negatives in this experience for me, which is rare -- I love to provide a balanced review, but in this case I literally can't think of a downside to calling him.
