From the beginning, he had us alert so he could be present when the Allstate adjuster suddenly came early to do their inspection. We have now been through two rounds of negotiations with insurance and Cliff informed us each step how to increase the odds of getting a fair deal : 1) how they would offer only 50% initially what should be paid, and 2) he then responded to the insurance by listing items they left off, and reasons the should be paid for.
