George, the rep who got me all set up and answered all of my calls promptly was extremely helpful and eager to help. The day before the pick up, my truck driver Derek actually showed up early but was accommodating to the fact that I wasn't ready. The only miscommunication we had was that I was told my car would not be picked up on a Sunday yet the driver was ready on a Sunday. However Derek was able to come early Monday instead and it took about 5 days for my car to arrive to California on Friday. Overall it was a stress free experience as moves can always be so frustrating, I appreciate this company for taking care of my needs.

Poor Customer service, Delayed pick up of vehicle, 10 business days late on delivery of car and damaged rim without signing BOL (Bill of lading) Used USA Auto transport to deliver an Audi from Texas to the east coast. *Pick up window was not honored (delayed and not within pickup window) *Transportation of car was not communicated with an approximate Estimated date of arrival. *Poor customer service *Delivery of car was 10 business days late. *** Wheel rim damage Car was finally delivered, and no Bill of Lading provided. Now I personally have to contact insurance and file claim. I would not recommend this company as they did not manage expectations or provided adequate information on status of car delivery. One thing they did on time was charge my credit card. The one team member that was accountable throughout and tried to assist within her reach was Kat S.

I Had An Outstanding Experience with T4…read more A year ago I had such an exceptional experience at T4. I traded in my previous car for a brand new Mercedes, without any of the usual dealership hassles. The team at T4 took care of everything, ensuring a fair price for my trade-in and a great deal on my new Mercedes. Their professionalism was top-notch, and they even delivered the car right to my doorstep. Then 5 months later I chose to purchase a highly sought out Mercedes GLE 53 AMG that every dealership was wanting $20k-$25k over sticker price. T4 came in well under that and it was just as equally such an easy process. I am extremely grateful to the T4 team for their continued excellence in service. Thank you, T4, for not one but now two outstanding experiences - I would highly recommend Rik's & his teams services. I will never go through the hassle of using a car dealership with high pressured car salesman ever again. Take my advice and reach out to T4 Auto Solutions for all of your auto purchases if not you will be paying way too much for your vehicles.

Make sure you check their DOT as it seems they go by other names as well. When they went to pick-up my 1 bedroom apt they went in a traditional moving truck and was told that they would consolidate it in a 18 wheeler with others people's belongings but at the delivery moment they NEVER mentioned or asked me if a 18 wheeler would fit for drop-off. To my surprise the driver came in the 18 wheeler and claimed that the truck wouldn't fit (had like a Russian accent) and was very upset and yelling that he had a huge truck and there was no way he could make a turn to my house. Spoke to manager Barbara that was useless and very unpolite and basically said to talk to the driver, after that they never picked my calls again. So thanks for nothing. So the driver said that streets were to narrow but managed to get the truck to a parking lot so seems to me that a whole lot of BS... I had to rent a UHaul truck, they passed my things from one to another and now I'm stuck with a loaded truck that I have to take down myself or pay an extra $1400 for ppl to do it as if the almost $3K wasn't enough. Don't make the same mistake that I did and don't hire these ppl.

I'm always nervous about letting anyone else be in charge of my stuff but they packed and carried everything safely and I realized I didn't have to worry. I would highly recommend them.

I've spoken to and/or received quotes from approximately 2 dozen moving companies over the last few…read moreweeks. "Long Dist. Movers" is, by far, the most arrogant, asinine, childishly silly, and mathematically challenged moving company I've ever encountered ... in my life. They seriously imagine we're supposed to submit to them a detailed list of the items being moved and apparently they think they can "calculate" what they want to use (i.e., what they want to charge you), not what you actually need. If you've moved before and added/subtracted certain types of items (e.g., appliances, larger or smaller sofa, gaming computer), then you pretty much know how much more/less truck space you'll need as compared to the last move. Worse, their expectation is that you'll be perfectly okay with them separating all your possessions ... that you'll NEED in your new home ... and storing them behind their fence somewhere and you'll just sit in your empty house without the ability to start organizing, cooking, cleaning, etc. It's utterly insane that anyone thinks that's a reasonable methodology. Every other moving company I called bases the move off the truck(s) that will be needed, yet this one somehow escaped from la-la land and bases the move off an "item count", lol. When I clarified that, YES, you can know what you need based off prior moves, the guy said "Oh, it doesn't work that way". No, sweetie ... YOU won't be working that way, not today, and not with me.

I had a great experience with Long Distance Movers. I found LDM via its good Yelp reviews, and…read moredecided to give them a call for my move from Massachusetts to Texas. Their pricing is fairly straightforward, you provide inventory and they give you a price that's locked-in and does not change (as long as your inventory list and your move logistics are accurate), and then a day before your booked move date they give you a call and tell you a time window when they'll come. The movers themselves seem subcontracted in a way, but in any case they were professional, careful, friendly, and quick. Your goods are placed on a truck, taken to a facility, and moved to another truck for long-haul moves (consolidating shipping with other goods). They are transparent about this. If you have any goods that need to be crated (e.g., I had a 77" TV), they will wrap it in blankets at the scene and crate it at the intermediate facility prior to loading onto the 18-wheeler. I had a small hiccup during the pickup where my move was reclassifed as a "long carry" due to the distance between front door and truck. However, I completely agreed with this reassessment. It was a *long walk* to the truck. The additional fee was hefty, but fair ($600, based on the number of steps required over ~150 I believe). They provide a 14 business day delivery window, and within that window you should remain available the entire time. You can set your first available date up to ~30 days in the future (in case you don't immediately go to your destination, or have other commitments in between). However, once the goods are on the truck you get regular, daily updates on the location of the shipment via text and you can respond to the text with any questions you might have. In my case, I set my delivery date 2 weeks in the future because I had a vacation between. However, the truck was quickly approaching Texas, and I was able to coordinate a delivery much earlier than I expected. Great stuff, LDM! On delivery, the movers were obviously out of a different office in Texas. They were friendly, quick, and professional. They placed my items by majority all on the 2nd story of the destination house; they also reassembled all furniture they disassembled for the move (this is included in the price). Overall, I would recommend LDM to others. I had a great experience, timely move, good communication. The only suggestions I would have--for LDM-- would be a transparent breakdown of how your move price is calculated. All they provide is a final price, and you can work with your sales representative to figure out how to cost-optimize, but you don't get a detailed breakdown of how the price is calculated at any point (e.g., how much is for distance, vs. movers, vs. per-item, etc.).

He states that a driver was dispatched but how come my deposit I authorized to charge was not actually charge if it was? (common practice by all shipping companies) He actually tried charging my card after I had cancelled with him. EDIT: I understand Paragon's reply and change my review to 3 stars. They did provide excellent service, prompt contact, and always able to get a hold of. I don't doubt their quality of shipping vehicle's either. However, their business conduct is not like their customer service. Though they stated there was a carrier assigned, there was never factual indication that one was which led to the belief that I was able to cancel without a cancellation fee. 1. No call from carrier to myself or the pick up contact 2. No charge of a deposit when carrier was assigned (common practice for all transport companies)
