Don't try to plan an event here or anything b/c staff doesn't care to answer the phone or respond to emails. I contacted them THREE times to plan a large event and no response whatsoever. I have been going to Savoy since it first opened just about every Friday. However, it never seize to amaze me when you become a successful business you forget about that . Lately, I have requested sort of begging for a table unable to get one. We spent about $500 a month there . After reading the other reviews I tried Savoy anyway with hopes that I would have a better experience, but I was disappointed. I went for Sunday brunch and was immediately turned off when I walked in and saw a "buffet line" complete with foil pans and the cheap racks from BJs. The selection consisted of bacon, sausage, potatoes and chicken wings. Then there was the omelet and waffle station that had one guy manning it and he looked confused as to why there was a line of people waiting in front of him for an omelet. Overall the food was edible but not worth the $17 per person. To top it off the orange juice is served in a cup that resembles a shot glass, and they charge for refills. Lastly, the service was not the best as you have to ask for everything , including the syrup which is shared among the tables because there were only two bottles. Great place for a Girls night out or date night. Great atmosphere with drinks and delicious food. There are events on different nights they have karaoke and live music. One of the worst places to have a party at. We walk in and only one table the size of a picnic table for 15 people. We could not find the waitress for nothing.. when we finally did and hour into the dinner. We started to order and everything that I asked for they were out of. We waited another hour for our food which came out cold. We finally realized that they were not going to set up a table we held out food in our laps and as we ate. Then they told us there was another party so we had to go outside and sit in another party area. Keep in mind it's the first week of January so we were freezing. I must say I have been going to this spot since they opened over a year ago and I was only disappointed once. And it was only with the meal not the service. From the time I walk in from the time I walk out there is nothing but good vibes. My favorite night is Wednesday! Karaoke night. There isn't a lot of young kids it is an older crowd and the decor is beautiful. They even have and outside deck for smoking ( they sell cigars and serve hookah). A nice bar and grill. Chill atmosphere, low lights like a good bar. We had dinner there on a week night. I had the Fish and Grits, and my friend had the Cajun Salmon Salad. Both were really good. Every time I go it's nice the food and service is good they have live music on Fridays and Saturday. It always packed so I say get there early if you want a table. Parking is not the best and I don't like the 5 dollar entertainment fee they add to eah bill. It's still a nice place. read more

This is good place to hangout is you reserved a table six months in advance! So if you're thinking of just walking in to enjoy the music and some food forget about it! Place is new and has some growing to do. The food was off the chain. Smoked wings and the Calamari is a must try. Lounge/Bar at night and football on Sunday's. Even heard they are doing Empire nights. Perfect place to chill and eat/drink or hookah of you choose. It took an hour for someone to ask us if we needed to order. The waitress assigned to us was drinking with customers and sitting down. Finally when we ordered, the food came out iced cold. The plate wasn't even hot and you sure didn't see any steam ccoming off the food. Went it back and it came out iced cold again. We spoke to the manager and she reassured us that we would get hot food. I asked for salt and the waitress said she had to wait for the bar back to give it to her. It took 20 minutes to get salt. Then, the waitress told my girl that she had someone to touch her fries to make sure they were hot. Then, she tried to take my plate before asking me if I was done. If I could have have them no stars I would. The one star is for the food they have a good appetizer menu but not much on the dinner side. The communication is poor and don't assume that if you get a booth you can sit there all night. We got there early and we all ordered something to eat and a drink. Our server moved on to another table but never told us that when the band came on we would be charged, the new server must have realized we were done ordering for the night so she decided to tell us when the band came on that we would be charged $5 which was actually $5. 93. I asked to speak to the manager who was right in front of me taking a video of the band but the hostess tried to act like she had to find him. Then she and the waitress made him aware of what I wanted so that he was already prepared with an answer. After the first set of the band playing and us paying the charge we were asked to leave the table so that others could sit by the manager. Sir I just talked to you and you never mentioned that you were going to limit our table time, I assume he was waiting for us to pay the $5.93 first. All of this felt personal because I know for sure that he did not ask anyone else to leave their table before asking us. I have been here on several occasions and never been treated like this. What I would suggest is a great way of managing your business is to be transparent with your customers full disclosure is appreciated. if this were a number rating system, i would give them a 7. im vegan, and there were no options, but the plates that went by me were presented well. the music was GREAT and our server was very polite and as attentive as possible with the many patrons she had in her section. ambience needs improvement, especially if you're charging a cover. invest and the clientele will feel more compelled to spend. there was a honorable guest in the middle of the seating which caused the back row to look at the behinds of the multiple people that greeted him. consider using a booth for him next time. but the owner was VERY polite about it and even offered to comp our meal for the lack of courtesy. great move. but we were there to support, not get a free meal. i'll be back on the next 3rd friday for the band. read more
