Saving Grace lives up to their name. When they showed up for us--it truly felt like a saving grace. We are in deep gratitude to Dr. Grace & Steven for being there for us during an extremely difficult time. A year ago, we had to say goodbye to our boy Milo. He was my soul dog. The morning of, Milo's illness exacerbated & we woke up scrambling trying to call different services that could come to our home & help us with Milo. When my husband found Saving Grace, the one on the phone was incredibly accommodating. We were panicking trying to organize as much time with Milo before we had to say goodbye & they were so flexible & understanding. When Dr. Grace & Steven arrived, they gave us space to speak our last words to Milo. They told us to take the time we needed & were incredibly supportive as they walked us through the process. This day felt like a blur & we were flooded with emotions. I couldn't really think clearly. I am so grateful that Dr. Grace encouraged me to keep some of Milo's fur because I didn't realize how much I would treasure that. Dr. Grace & Steven even took the time to help us imprint Milo's paw onto a cloth so we could have more memories of him. They took an incredibly overwhelming day & made it go so smoothly. I adopted Milo from the shelter & he would get so anxious about going to the vet. Having them come to our home allowed Milo to breathe his last breath in his favorite place in the world--the safety of his home. Thank you Dr. Grace & Steven for being such lights for us in a really dark time. I am so sorry this review took so long. It was painful to type it before, but now on Milo's death anniversary, we want to honor Saving Grace for the support they gave us. They also work alongside a pet cremation service. In two weeks, they brought Milo's ashes back to us in a beautiful small box. I requested a tear drop necklace with his ashes in it. Since this is another service, we did pay extra for this. But we got Forget Me Not Seeds, a card, & a beautiful clay imprint of Milo's paw with no charge. We had friends say that the clay imprint was done so beautifully. Our friends told us that a different service provider from another state had them pay extra & messed up the imprint. After hearing their experience, we are so grateful we found Saving Grace & worked with the cremation services that work with them. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Grace during one of the hardest moments of our lives. I first spoke with her about two months before saying goodbye to my baby dog. At that time, I wasn't quite ready, and she never pressured me. Instead, she patiently answered all of my questions, provided information, and reassured me that when the time came, she would be there for us. When my baby dog suddenly declined while I was away on a work trip, I felt completely helpless. What a great experience! My large dog lion was due for a vet visit and I was honestly struggling to take him because it can be quite a hassle to take him into the vet, not only cause he's huge but because he gets pretty anxious and scared. Dr. Grace and Steven are such wonderful people. My senior dog suddenly seemed very ill, and due to his being a large breed, I was not able to get my dog into the car and over to the vet. Fortunately, I found this mobile vet service on Yelp. At the time that I called for the services, I wasn't sure if it was a checkup or maybe my dog's time to go. Dr. Grace gave my senior dog a checkup and examination, asked about his symptoms, provided advice on potential causes and next steps, and also gave me advice on treatments to help him. "Our suffering over their suffering" is what I kept telling myself when my 17-year-old Shiba Inu, Kelly, began to show signs of rapid decline. At her age, with multiple health issues, I knew the time was nearing an end, but how do I even begin the process? As Kelly got older, she started to really hate going to the vet and traveling in cars in general. The idea of putting her through that stress in her final moments was unacceptable. Having her in a familiar, stress-free environment at home was important, so I began researching and calling vets that provided in-home euthanasia services. I spoke to at least five different providers, and most of them were good and professional in walking me through the process. But only Saving Grace made a lasting impression as being truly compassionate and overly supportive from the very first call. I called Dr. Grace because I've been feeding a feral cat, and wanted to bring him into the house. I already have three cats so I needed him to be tested for leukemia and make sure he was healthy. She came with her partner Steve and had the perfect little jacket for my feral cat to put him in, and he wasn't even scared. She was able to take his blood to do a blood test and did an instant leukemia test, which was negative, cut his nails and that was it. He became an inside cat after that. She was so great that I asked her if she could become my vet for my 3 other cats as well, and she said yes. It's wonderful that I won't have to bring my cats to the vet anymore. They are always so traumatized and hate the experience, and I hated that when they would need their blood taken, they would disappear behind closed doors. Now with Dr. Grace she does it right in front of me. It's so much better. I'm so happy I found her. Also, two of my cats are on medications and it's so much less expensive. I highly recommend her if you're sick of going to the vet. She does charge a fee to come out, but the lack of stress for my cats makes it well worth it, and it's still less than my expensive Vet!!! read more

Dr. Grace met with us today to see if our 10 year old German Shepherd- Husky mix, Lucky, would be more comfortable receiving vet care at home as compared to the traditional vet clinic which he finds very challenging! Dr. Grace was low key, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable! She spent lots of time with us and was not rushed. We were even successful in our stretch goal of giving Lucky a required rabies vaccination--yay! Highly recommended for "challenging patients" like our boy, Lucky!
