It was atrociously hot so a sno-ball seemed perfect. It took a minute for anyone to appear and take my order, but when someone did, he was friendly and polite. Sno-Boss specializes in NOLA style sno-balls. NOLA style is supposed to have fluffier ice, syrup added throughout the process, and sometimes stuffed or drizzled with other goodies like ice cream, cakes, or sweetened condensed milk. They have several specialty sno-balls, which are premade combinations that are loaded with goodies. If you want something simpler with just plain syrup, that's fine too. I wanted to go full Monty so I ordered the smallest size "Fan Luv," which is strawberry syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and cheesecake stuffing. It was plenty large enough for a treat, though the price to size ratio seemed maybe a little high (~$10). On the whole, I liked it. I will admit that I'm not the biggest shaved ice connoisseur, but I did enjoy myself. It was so hot that the ice melted fast enough I can't comment too much on the consistency. I wish there'd been a bit more sweetened condensed milk; it mostly just tasted like strawberry, and extra creaminess would've countered that a bit. I did really like the addition of the cheesecake. It was pleasantly dense and creamy and went well with the strawberry ice. I would definitely get another sno-ball from here if it was convenient and the mood struck. In the future, I will likely try one with more flavors incorporated just to keep it interesting. But strawberry cheesecake is a classic for a reason, so give it a try if you get the chance!

I'm a little bit removed from my visit, but I seem to recall it being the "Witches Brew;" it had some combination of chocolate, caramel, and I think maybe vanilla flavors. The nice employee made it for me quickly and I was out the door. Overall, it was a decent beverage. It mostly just tasted like a mocha to me -- didn't pick up on much caramel or vanilla. It was better than the coffee I got earlier, though, so that was a plus! There's maybe one or two seasonal specialties but it's mostly choose your style of drink + add flavors if you want. As such, I chose a small iced latte with mocha and hazelnut flavor pumps. This tends to be a reliable winner for me when there's not a specialty drink I want to try. They don't have a huge variety of flavors but certainly enough that most people should be able to find something that works. I grabbed an iced chai and a lemonade for some coworkers too. :) Pricing is about as I'd expect. The service was nice! The truck is really high off the ground so I had to reach because I'm short lol. There are a lot of drink options-- frozen, hot, and iced coffees, lemonades, refreshers, nitro energy drinks, etc., so it is great for coffee lovers and non coffee lovers. Everything is customizable so I was able to add a flavor to their nitro energy drink, it was super cool looking with the fizz and tasted amazing! The baristas were super friendly and made our employees drinks quickly, never had a long line! It was a fun experience ordering with the lights and music, it felt like a coffee shop brought right to us which was so convenient. Our employees LOVED it and are still talking about it a week later, will definitely book them again!
