We had some time before our dental appointments in the same shopping center and my oldest saw the big Savers Thrift signage on the building and really wanted to check the place out. I really like how they have the donation center close to the entrance and easily identifiable. They have big tubs with wheels to easily unload your items from your car and bring to the center. Will definitely plan on donating here soon. The place is HUGE! It's also very spacious and well organized. Items are separated by type and size. There's also a lot more than just clothes here! It's a thrifter's dream! We didn't buy anything this time, but we did notice you have to kind of know what you're looking for and shop for a bargain, because some of the prices are definitely not typical for a thrift store. I was a little shocked to see shirts and jeans for $20 or more, but some had thrift store comparable prices.

Savers in Rancho Cucamonga is one of the nicer thrift stores to browse, especially if you appreciate a clean, bright, and fairly well organized setup. For a thrift store, it feels surprisingly polished, which makes wandering the aisles a lot more enjoyable. The pricing can definitely be hit or miss, with some items making you pause and double check the tag, while others feel like genuine steals. That said, I always have fun perusing here because you never know what random treasure might be waiting on the next rack. It is a great spot if you enjoy the thrill of the hunt and do not mind a little price detective work along the way.

Don't come here if you want good customer service. The staffs are incompetent, unhelpful, heartless! I have an 80's party to attend and I was excited to find the new thrift store that just open up in the neighborhood. I was like ... yesss a place to find old treasure while donating my unwanted goods. I was surprised how big, clean, and organized it was. I found a few 80's items, but more items I could add to my wardrobe. My cart was full after spending like an hour there. Eventually I needed to release myself from all my liquid intake. So I rushed over to find a restroom and realized the door was locked and needed a code to access. The sign says "Please see any team member for access." So I rushed to the front to ask a staff (who supposedly is the manager name Alley) for help, but she brushed me off and rudely said she can't. She didn't give me any explanation... so I asked again how can I get access to the restroom. She said she can't step away from her area. Like not helpful at all. So I asked if she could ask someone else to help me and she just says no. I was so confused with her short answers. So I went looking for another staff who was literally 5 steps from the restroom. Her name is Kendalyn ... and she was at the area waiting for donations, which is next to the restroom. She's standing there with not a thing to do. Just standing there waiting for donations, but the place was dead... no one donating in sight. I asked her for help, and she also stated that she can't open the restroom or give me the code because she has to stay in her area. So I asked if there was anyone else that can help me because I am just a honest customer who needs to use the restroom... just to pee. She's like " I understand you need to use the restroom, but I need to do my job." Wow. She said it's just her and the manager so nothing they could do. I told her I have a cartload of items and I really want to make the purchases, but need to use the restroom really bad. I would go elsewhere to the next business or shop outside in the same plaza, but this plaza is dead... nothing else at that plaza. She insisted there is nothing she or anyone can do. I am like, "Is the restroom not for customers because the sign makes it seem like it is. If it's not, then I understand... then place a sign that it is out of service or not for customer use", but the sign says clearly to "see a team member for access". It really seems like they are just intentionally being unhelpful and heartless. I practically begged her and with no budge, she walked away... In desperation I told her well... she's not exactly doing her job, which consist of customer service. I went back to ask Alley the manager again and try to reason with her... but she was just incapable of providing good customer service. She showed no care... just said... 'I can't' and walked away. I guess my whole frustration is that they both clearly could... but "won't". I don't want to right this place off and might one day return if the they have better staff members, but so far this place failed the community they tried to serve. It really is a For Profit Thrift Store, because their items were not cheap and their staffs are incompetent and heartless! I even gained sympathy from other customers who thought it was ridiculous that they refused to help me.

While this store is actually huge with so many options in all departments, I was more than thrilled to shop. Employees were super nice, helpful and the cleanliness of the store made shopping so much easier. I bought some toys for my toddlers, clothes in the kids, women's and men's departments, as well as other essentials. I ended up finding a hair straightener in the housewares/bath accessories department and when I got home and plugged it in, I found out that it doesn't even work. It was only $4.99, so not that big of a deal, however, while they do also sale other bigger electronics and office equipment that are more expensive they may want to take the necessary steps to plug it in and turn it on to make sure it works before putting it out on the shelves where people spend money hoping that it works creating trust with the store customers. I did overall love the store but I will not be buying anything electronic there anymore.

I was so excited to take my daughters when Savers opened and so disappointed! We have been to plenty of thrift stores and this donation based thrift store has been by far the most ridiculous with the price tags! A hoodie for $100! Or an old stained purse for $40. I even saw two of the same exact glasses marked at 2 totally different prices. Ugh so disappointed.

Nice thrift store. Clean and quality items. Specials for those who donate and seniors 55+ (not starting at 65) receive 30% every Tuesday. Extensive library-like section with range of topics and well organized. Something you don't see anymore. Service is easy and offers self checkout! Selection is vast and value is not outrageous like some of the other thrift stores. I would donate to this organization.

Probably the most expensive thrift store possible, every single tag was over ten dollars at a thrift store that's bananas.

Store has lots of inventory, I love that the clothes are organized by size- most thrift stores are by color and it makes it 10x harder to find anything that fits right.

There is literally a "no talk to the employees" sign up. "No price tag no sale" is a crock since it is their "job" to price the stuff they put out on the floor. Today I was there and found something I was interested in but there was no price on it. I took it to the back door to see if I could get assistance with it and there was a big nasty sign that basically said "don't even think of asking for help. No price no sale" well screw you then! So much crap on the floor without prices. And their half off deals are a joke too. If it says "green tags 50% off" good luck finding a green tag! They had a red Ferrari wind breaker that was donated but they wanted $200.00 for it. Greedy much????? And don't EVEN THINK of buying anything electronic. They plug them in to check for power but don't test anything any further. I've had to rerun any electronics I have purchased here. Just don't bother. I need a new thrift store!

She was snappy and incredibly rude and defensive. She wanted to change the price on a doll we were gonna buy because she said it was an antique doll, this doll was literally and Our Generation doll from Target. So she doesn't even know the product. I specifically was looking for something old and falling apart--not boutique pricing. While browsing, I noticed several dresses labeled "donated brand new" priced between $12.99-$17.99, which already felt a little steep for a thrift store. But okay, I kept looking. Eventually, I found exactly what I needed--a gold sequined knit dress... except it was VERY worn, stretched out, and very visibly used. I found the dress with no tag-- No tag. No brand. Perfect for my project! I brought it to the register and explained the situation. The cashier (who seemed to be in a supervisory role) barely looked at it and immediately said, "$12.99." I politely asked how pricing works, especially since their brand new items were priced in the same range. She responded (with a bit of attitude, honestly) that pricing is determined by the warehouse based on brand. So I clarified: this item was clearly not a big name brand, it was very Walmart/target-coded, if you know what I mean-- but USED and heavily worn -could it be priced accordingly? Her response? No. It's $12.99. It was basically Take it or leave it... At that point, I was on a time crunch and needed the material for an event the next day, so I paid the $12.99... but I left genuinely baffled. Paying near-retail thrift prices for something that's visibly USED and worn just doesn't sit right--especially when I could walk into Ross Stores and buy something brand new for the same price. I wanted to give this place a chance, but between the inconsistent pricing and the dismissive customer service, I'll probably stick with Goodwill moving forward--at least they tend to price items based on actual condition and treat customers with a bit more understanding.
