Knock off Prada bag - A black Prada handbag with a textured surface and gold logo is displayed on a store rack. The bag features red and white trim along the edges and has a price tag of $120 attached. The background includes other bags and store fixtures, indicating a retail environment for accessories and handbags.

So over priced!!! But their workers are nice people, hence the 2 stars. The store is dirty, my hands got all black after 15 mins of visiting. You will find better staff at TJMaxx with the same prices. Do not waste your time, but if you go, you need a hand wipe AND a mask! An obvious fake Prada bag for $120, Gag!

I love thrift stores. I love getting bargains and I love helping the planet by purchases second-hand items instead of buying new things especially clothes. I had been going to the other location of Savers but wasn't super happy going there due to their inventory, atmosphere and long lines. So I ended up going to a different chain of thrift stores. Until recently we happened to drive by and saw this new location of Savers. We walked in and looked around. The two things that really stood out to me was the inventory and the self-checkout registers. John never lets me stay very long so sadly we left. But I have returned on my own a couple of times. And today I had such a great experience that I had to write a review. The two staff people that interacted with me were fantastic. They were super friendly and helpful--not just to me but to everyone around. (I even overheard one employee listen to a customer complain about his bunion and she was trying to help him find the right shoes!) The staff person was helping me at self-checkout and making sure I used my reward points and any coupons I might have. These two employees were definitely stand outs among my numerous trips to Savers. I wish I had their names. I hope Savers realize how lucky they are to have such great workers! I was also impressed that I was able to get so many items of clothes that fit me and were the style I like and had good brand names. I'm always looking for hiking clothes like Columbia and I'm almost always lucky to pick some up. Whoever is running this location is doing a wonderful job. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the prices. It's a thrift store--and most of your items came from donations. Come on, now. But I love this place! I wish it was closer to my house as it's a bit of a drive but other than that, they have my vote and a regular costumer.

PS4 for sale, very dirty though.

Swung by to check out the newly opened Savers in Santa Clara, which is right next to Orenchi/Grocery outlet. The men's section is pretty small, I'm not sure if it's because they just opened but the racks were pretty bare with the selection. I hadn't been to a Savers in a long time so I was surprised to see self-checkout. Everything is well organized compared to most thrift stores which is nice, but I'm guessing this place is a little too new which explains the lack of clothing for men. Overall, well organized and maintained. Way more selection for women and children than anything else, but I'm hoping that changes in the near future. This would've been a 5 star review if I was actually able to find something to purchase.

6.99 new or 9.29 at a thrift store. Ok.

A large store with lots to see. Prices varied. Helps if you know what things cost retail vs. What it's really worth. My only complaint is the check out situation. All self check. Only 2 allow cash, which always had a long line. The cash line also accepted cards. Why? They can go in the card only, which never had a line. This would be helpful for the cash line which was mostly Seniors.

$70 pants at the thrift store... - Black casual pants are hanging on a white plastic hanger with a metal clip, attached to a metal rack. The pants have a price tag indicating $68.99, size 36, and are labeled as men's casual pants. The background shows a retail environment with other items and shelves, typical of a thrift store setting.

Prices were outrageous, hardly any bargains at all. Items that were reasonably priced had stains and holes galore. The employees also appear to hate their jobs as no one greeted us, smiled or anything. Also despite having green tags be 50% off there were none to be found, not that it would have made a difference anyways. It also smelled horribly in there and the restrooms were disgusting. Would not recommend.

I have been soooo excited for this Savers to open, so that I don't have to make the trek to Almaden Expressway anymore, and as luck would have it, it opened the week I was out-of-town. In hindsight, I suppose this is good, since I've seen reviews that people that week were upset that they couldn't use their coupons. I'll preface this by saying that I was very happy with the selection in shoes, dresses, and outerwear, and that I will be back. Now, here's what had me absolutely gobsmacked: some of the pricing was way off base. ALL the Lululemon- whether old or newer styles- started at $30. Never have I ever seen that in the thrift! In addition to the photos I've included of items way overpriced, I came across a Loungefly wallet that they were asking $70 for, Coach bag for $130 (which made even less sense when the Coach shoes were priced at $15), Betsey Johnson bag for $70, and I was happy to find Patagonia, but it was priced at $20 for a fleece and $30 for a jacket. I've seen those both for less at Plato's Closet and that's a consignment store; these are raw donations! My strategy (because I did end up leaving with 20 items) was to use the 20% off coupons from my donations and over several transactions, so that I could benefit for each purchase up to $100. Taking my time before I head back to this location since the pricing was just not what I expected of the thrift.

However, some polyester/viscose jackets and coats were priced over $15 for no reason. Even high-end luxury designers, such as pre-owned Louis Vuitton purses and Manolo Blahnik heels that were locked in a glass case, were sold for $60-$80, so you needed to ask an associate to open them to try them on. There were only three dressing rooms available near the shoe section, but they were dim and messy with hangers inside. Don't let it close completely after you're done because it locks from the outside. You had to find an associate to unlock them or wait for your turn for 30 minutes. I've dropped off donations at this location countless times over the years, and this was the first time I had someone walk up to my car and offer to help me unload my donations and kindly point me to the correct bins for where to place things (electronics, household goods, clothes, bags, shoes, etc). He also asked if I wanted my bags back and if I needed a donation receipt. The last time I donated items here, there was a guy working who practically screamed at me "No hangers!" to which I responded, "Sorry, I didn't know." - I put the bag of hangers back in my car but he definitely didn't need to yell angrily. So this visit was 100 times better, thanks to Deshawn. Goodwill, I hope you acknowledge the great and kind employee he is! Friendly tip: I had fragile wine glasses, pint glasses, and ceramic mugs to donate and I wrapped each item in packaging paper and bubble wrap and placed them in an open box. I was told this was a great way to donate fragile items so they don't break. The back parking lot where the donation drop off is located can get tricky to drive in/out of if there are more than few cars back there. It's basically a small loop with about 6 spots in the center. And when people are walking back and forth from their cars and the donation bins and cars are trying to exit or pull in, it can get dicey so a little patience will help!
