Waste of time and money- the store is super pricey and the merchandise is crap. Why would i give them $10 for a used shirt that u can buy at Ross for $7 brand new??? Ross should thank these people cause they have me shopping at Ross instead of thrifting. Greeeeedddy!!! Amazon Basics sweat pants with bleach stains for $10.49 ummmm... no get a clue

Everything is way overpriced and not very good quality. But there is a large selection of clothes to choose from.

It's a fun place to go walk around. Good for a date or pick up spot. It's easy to spark convos up there. Very tidy and organized.

This definitely isn't the employees' fault -- they're working as fast as they can -- but so many shoppers pick things up and put them back in random places

I decided to check what they had here, plus I wanted to let Lisa know what had caused the problem w/ my hatch. I drove down after a late lunch, parked nearby on San Pablo and walked over to the store. When I walked in Lisa was behind the counter. I watched her interacting w/ customers, obviously regulars, as she addressed them by name. She is so warm and sweet! I asked her where the silverware was and she told me. I told her that the problem had been the battery. She was concerned that the car might have broken down somewhere and I reassured her there was enough juice to run the car but not enough to raise the hatch. I went over to where the silverware was and found three nice spoons. She told me they were $1.25 each, which is a great price. I didn't look around the store but saw several things that appealed to me which I didn't need and didn't buy. When I got to the counter to pay she was going to charge me $3.75, then remembered they were having a store wide sale to clear stuff before the Holidays and that the cost was going to be $2.25, beyond reasonable! I brought them home and put them in the dishwasher. They will serve me well.

There is a little something for everyone here. And an awesome place for gifts. I met Susan at a local gem show in Santa Rosa at her Lucky Handicraft booth. I can not imagine doing business with anyone else and knew that I must see her 2 stores. Go full or pack snacks because this can be an all day event. Thankfully they have a bathroom for you to use. Susan has always been so generous with me. She is very patient with me and I really like her as a person. The other staff members are very helpful. They do an excellent job of packing up your order and handling it with care. From pocket rocks to statement pieces this store has it all and it's easy to go nuts in here. Impulse control, which, I had none today......LOL They have a larger store in San Pablo and I visited both locations today. No one will beat her prices, selection or legendary deals. I can't wait to come back. This place is a must

Clothes all over the ground, every single isle, while also being kicked around cleaning their filthy floors. Even more staff today and still a mess? Too many staff trying to look busy. Why so many clothes on the ground every time I've gone. I'm always hoping they'll clean up a bit, but it just gets worse! It's for a good cause, but you'd make more of a profit if it wasn't so junky and dirty! This store has all new staff, but it's the worst it's ever been!

The employees never say anything in particular but they look beaten down and it's clear the management is either creating or tolerating some negative environment. The turnover for employees is fast! The housewares section is dismal, very overprice. I agree it seems the good things must be being sold to pickers on the side or sent elsewhere. This is a wealthy area yet what comes in is generally very worn or low quality. Organization has gone downhill and racks are stuffed in there now. No decor and it seems dirty. It's my last choice these days.

Review is for volunteering experience:…read more This year, my work team decided to volunteer at the Richmond Bay Area Rescue Mission (BARM). I did not know much about BARM, other than they do offer meals to the needy and are a Christian-faith organization. We had no idea what we'll be helping with on the day of arrival. Our entire group of 12 or so did have to pass a COVID Antigen test before entering. Our event turned out to be kitchen duties, like you read about in Kitchen Confidential or from cooking reality shows. Everyone was super friendly, but you feel the adrenalin of working hard in a commercial kitchen. You work as a team and you work safely, since you got hot surfaces, sharp objects, boiling liquids and occasionally wet floor everywhere. My main task was dishwasher, which brings back memories of my first job. Scrape, Rinse, Sanitize and dry! Those high-powered Hobart washing machines make cleanup a snap. The feel of the nozzle is great as it blasts away all food scraps. Wish I had these at home! My next task was helping cutting up some 30-50 pounds of chicken breast for a marinade. The chef was planning to make some coconut-curry soup so he occasionally dumped Five-Spice and Chili Sauce as we cut. Those Dexter Chef Knifes were super sharp and the blade was something like 10" to 12" long, like a short sword. I thought my home 6" Henckels Chef Knife was sharp but those Dexter knives were on a different level. At the end, I can show my blisters proudly. My other colleagues served food to customers, cooked, diced vegetables, cracked dozens of eggs, unloaded a delivery truck, and moved things to the freezers. They got some high-quality produce here from Costco, Sprouts, and Trader Joes, and some of it organic! Highly recommend considering BARM if you're interested in volunteering some time. Being in a commercial kitchen was also fun since you experience what its like to be part of the machine that cranks out food. Everyone had a role to play to make it possible to crank out 50-100 meals per shift.
