We decided it was a great idea to go prior to our trip to Europe this summer. This is a great thrift store. I've donated items to this store numerous times over the years. Their new location is a lot more spacious and welcoming. We had a blast! My youngest even found some great clothing items for back to school, and once the weather gets cooler. She found a super cool faux leather jacket with a flannel interior. We had fun trying on some of the sun hats. My oldest found some great shorts and cute tops. I found a couple cute tops as well as a great pair of pants, which I lovingly refer to as my "Mama Mia pants" and they were red-tagged which meant they were marked down from $7.50 to $0.50!!!! What a bargain! The staff is helpful and friendly and even the customers are courteous and helpful as well. We will be back for sure!

Normally, I love this thrift store and have found fabulous jewelry for a great price, but since…read morethey opened the jewelry counter, some things are priced too high. I did find one necklace that I liked that was only $6. However, I decided this time to buy their jar of jewelry for $5. The woman at the counter should have mentioned it only contains broken and mismatched pieces. It was SO disappointing. I've done the same at another thrift store and nothing was broken in the jar. If you sell it this way, please let the customer know this, even mark it on the jar, before they purchase it. I expected to find at least one wearable item

That said, I've found everyone working there pretty friendly and willing to help, if you are looking for something.

I went into this thrift store expecting a positive experience, especially because I genuinely…read moreappreciate organizations like this. Before checking out, I overheard the same cashier explaining to another older customer that the people working there volunteer their time and aren't paid. That honestly made me appreciate the organization even more because I believe volunteering from the kindness of your heart is something worth supporting. Unfortunately, that appreciation disappeared the moment we reached the register. The same cashier was checking out my sister and me, and I'm not sure if the way we were treated had anything to do with us being two younger brown adults, but the interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and humiliating. My sister tried to explain the price of the hangers she was purchasing. Rather than simply listening to her, the cashier questioned her and refused to believe what she was saying, even after my sister showed her a physical picture she had taken showing the price. To be clear, this review is not about the price. We completely understand that employees need to verify prices. What was upsetting was the unnecessary attitude and the way my sister was made to feel as though she was being dishonest. Then, completely unnecessarily, the cashier commented that the hangers were too "small" for our clothes. What exactly was she implying by that? Was she making a comment about our bodies or our size? Regardless of what she meant, it was an extremely inappropriate thing to say to a customer. My sister politely explained that she was purchasing the hangers to hang her pants. Instead of simply moving on, the cashier responded with "ew, that's disgusting." Who says something like that to a customer? There was absolutely no reason for that comment. It was rude, disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely inappropriate. A customer should never have to stand at a register and be spoken to in a way that makes them feel humiliated for something as simple as purchasing clothing hangers. What makes this even more upsetting is that I had been excited to support this organization because I respect what thrift stores and volunteer-based organizations represent. Unfortunately, one employee's behavior completely ruined that experience for me. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and, most importantly, humiliated on behalf of my sister. Watching someone speak to her that way while she remained polite was incredibly upsetting. I genuinely wish I had recorded the interaction because it was one of those situations where you leave thinking, Did that really just happen? I will never be returning to this location. I hope management takes complaints like this seriously and understands that volunteering or working for an organization does not give anyone the right to belittle, embarrass, or disrespect customers. People come into these stores to shop, donate, and support the organization. The absolute least they deserve is basic kindness and respect. One star is honestly generous. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give

There is parking in the front of store, but it usually gets taken rather quickly especially between 2 PM to 4 PM on weekdays. You can also park in the back, near the area where donations are dropped off. I usually come on Tuesdays, where discounts usually don't apply to me. I like Wednesday's where there are student/teacher discounts. To my luck, I went on a spin the wheel day today! You get to spin the wheel after your purchase for an opportunity to win items or get a discount. I like browsing their toys, vintage items, and office supplies. I usually get very good second hand items such as staplers, hole punchers, DVDs, shoes, and board games. This location is actually my favorite place to shop for vintage film cameras (I'm afraid to post this because my fellow Yelp friends will be coming more to grab them before I do!). Today, I bought a good pocket minolta film camera, some stuffed animals, and some office supplies. The cashiers are sweethearts and are willing to help you look at items! They also have an extensive amount of used clothes and furniture. It's definitely my favorite thrift store and will continue to be so.

Part of what makes a great thrift store fun is the hunt, the setup, the vibe, and finding those unexpected treasures but here it felt like there was just a lot of stuff without much organization or thought behind the layout. The pricing was another thing that surprised me. A lot of the prices didn't really make sense for a thrift store and felt on the higher side compared to other spots I've visited. The atmosphere was just missing something. No cool decor, no personality, and overall the vibe wasn't there for me. It feels like it caters more to an older crowd, which is totally fine, but just not my style of thrifting. Also, no restroom available, which is always frustrating when you're shopping and spending time looking around. 4/10 for me. I love discovering new thrift stores, but this one isn't a place I'd go out of my way to visit again.

I asked livie if she wanted me to call the cops and she said not to worry that she had already called security. Please dont let that 1 interaction discourage you from shopping here.
