Went on the day they had the grand opening. I went a little later in the day and it was still packed. Prices are fine I'd come on discount days. Haven't been since opening it's too far from me but will go back when I have time. Self check out is a pain.

We had some time before our dental appointments in the same shopping center and my oldest saw the big Savers Thrift signage on the building and really wanted to check the place out. I really like how they have the donation center close to the entrance and easily identifiable. They have big tubs with wheels to easily unload your items from your car and bring to the center. Will definitely plan on donating here soon. The place is HUGE! It's also very spacious and well organized. Items are separated by type and size. There's also a lot more than just clothes here! It's a thrifter's dream! We didn't buy anything this time, but we did notice you have to kind of know what you're looking for and shop for a bargain, because some of the prices are definitely not typical for a thrift store. I was a little shocked to see shirts and jeans for $20 or more, but some had thrift store comparable prices.

Savers in Rancho Cucamonga is one of the nicer thrift stores to browse, especially if you appreciate a clean, bright, and fairly well organized setup. For a thrift store, it feels surprisingly polished, which makes wandering the aisles a lot more enjoyable. The pricing can definitely be hit or miss, with some items making you pause and double check the tag, while others feel like genuine steals. That said, I always have fun perusing here because you never know what random treasure might be waiting on the next rack. It is a great spot if you enjoy the thrill of the hunt and do not mind a little price detective work along the way.

Don't come here if you want good customer service. The staffs are incompetent, unhelpful, heartless! I have an 80's party to attend and I was excited to find the new thrift store that just open up in the neighborhood. I was like ... yesss a place to find old treasure while donating my unwanted goods. I was surprised how big, clean, and organized it was. I found a few 80's items, but more items I could add to my wardrobe. My cart was full after spending like an hour there. Eventually I needed to release myself from all my liquid intake. So I rushed over to find a restroom and realized the door was locked and needed a code to access. The sign says "Please see any team member for access." So I rushed to the front to ask a staff (who supposedly is the manager name Alley) for help, but she brushed me off and rudely said she can't. She didn't give me any explanation... so I asked again how can I get access to the restroom. She said she can't step away from her area. Like not helpful at all. So I asked if she could ask someone else to help me and she just says no. I was so confused with her short answers. So I went looking for another staff who was literally 5 steps from the restroom. Her name is Kendalyn ... and she was at the area waiting for donations, which is next to the restroom. She's standing there with not a thing to do. Just standing there waiting for donations, but the place was dead... no one donating in sight. I asked her for help, and she also stated that she can't open the restroom or give me the code because she has to stay in her area. So I asked if there was anyone else that can help me because I am just a honest customer who needs to use the restroom... just to pee. She's like " I understand you need to use the restroom, but I need to do my job." Wow. She said it's just her and the manager so nothing they could do. I told her I have a cartload of items and I really want to make the purchases, but need to use the restroom really bad. I would go elsewhere to the next business or shop outside in the same plaza, but this plaza is dead... nothing else at that plaza. She insisted there is nothing she or anyone can do. I am like, "Is the restroom not for customers because the sign makes it seem like it is. If it's not, then I understand... then place a sign that it is out of service or not for customer use", but the sign says clearly to "see a team member for access". It really seems like they are just intentionally being unhelpful and heartless. I practically begged her and with no budge, she walked away... In desperation I told her well... she's not exactly doing her job, which consist of customer service. I went back to ask Alley the manager again and try to reason with her... but she was just incapable of providing good customer service. She showed no care... just said... 'I can't' and walked away. I guess my whole frustration is that they both clearly could... but "won't". I don't want to right this place off and might one day return if the they have better staff members, but so far this place failed the community they tried to serve. It really is a For Profit Thrift Store, because their items were not cheap and their staffs are incompetent and heartless! I even gained sympathy from other customers who thought it was ridiculous that they refused to help me.

I was so excited to take my daughters when Savers opened and so disappointed! We have been to plenty of thrift stores and this donation based thrift store has been by far the most ridiculous with the price tags! A hoodie for $100! Or an old stained purse for $40. I even saw two of the same exact glasses marked at 2 totally different prices. Ugh so disappointed.

Nice thrift store. Clean and quality items. Specials for those who donate and seniors 55+ (not starting at 65) receive 30% every Tuesday. Extensive library-like section with range of topics and well organized. Something you don't see anymore. Service is easy and offers self checkout! Selection is vast and value is not outrageous like some of the other thrift stores. I would donate to this organization.

I actually really liked this location! I'd only been to the savers over in Riverside. And I'm not a fan of that one. I see what people are saying about some prices being on the high side, but I really only go for home decor, and vintage home items. So I can't speak too much on the clothing. However, I will say that the clothing that I saw personally, I thought was pretty reasonably priced. I did see a lot of vintage sweaters for like $9, or $10 which I would totally pay for. I feel like now a day you pay for a bunch of plastic containing clothing, and you're paying easy $20 for That at a regular store. So, I'll gladly pay these prices. I'm really excited to go back and check out what they have then. I say if you were debating on making the drive, just go once for yourself and see! I thought I was going to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised.

We decided it was a great idea to go prior to our trip to Europe this summer. This is a great thrift store. I've donated items to this store numerous times over the years. She found a super cool faux leather jacket with a flannel interior. We had fun trying on some of the sun hats. My oldest found some great shorts and cute tops. I found a couple cute tops as well as a great pair of pants, which I lovingly refer to as my "Mama Mia pants" and they were red-tagged which meant they were marked down from $7.50 to $0.50!!!! What a bargain! The staff is helpful and friendly and even the customers are courteous and helpful as well. We will be back for sure!

Before checking out, I overheard the same cashier explaining to another older customer that the people working there volunteer their time and aren't paid. That honestly made me appreciate the organization even more because I believe volunteering from the kindness of your heart is something worth supporting. Unfortunately, that appreciation disappeared the moment we reached the register. The same cashier was checking out my sister and me, and I'm not sure if the way we were treated had anything to do with us being two younger brown adults, but the interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and humiliating. My sister tried to explain the price of the hangers she was purchasing. Rather than simply listening to her, the cashier questioned her and refused to believe what she was saying, even after my sister showed her a physical picture she had taken showing the price. To be clear, this review is not about the price. We completely understand that employees need to verify prices. What was upsetting was the unnecessary attitude and the way my sister was made to feel as though she was being dishonest. Then, completely unnecessarily, the cashier commented that the hangers were too "small" for our clothes. What exactly was she implying by that? Was she making a comment about our bodies or our size? Regardless of what she meant, it was an extremely inappropriate thing to say to a customer. My sister politely explained that she was purchasing the hangers to hang her pants. Instead of simply moving on, the cashier responded with "ew, that's disgusting." Who says something like that to a customer? There was absolutely no reason for that comment. It was rude, disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely inappropriate. A customer should never have to stand at a register and be spoken to in a way that makes them feel humiliated for something as simple as purchasing clothing hangers. What makes this even more upsetting is that I had been excited to support this organization because I respect what thrift stores and volunteer-based organizations represent. Unfortunately, one employee's behavior completely ruined that experience for me. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and, most importantly, humiliated on behalf of my sister. Watching someone speak to her that way while she remained polite was incredibly upsetting. I genuinely wish I had recorded the interaction because it was one of those situations where you leave thinking, Did that really just happen? I will never be returning to this location. I hope management takes complaints like this seriously and understands that volunteering or working for an organization does not give anyone the right to belittle, embarrass, or disrespect customers. People come into these stores to shop, donate, and support the organization. The absolute least they deserve is basic kindness and respect. One star is honestly generous. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give

Part of what makes a great thrift store fun is the hunt, the setup, the vibe, and finding those unexpected treasures but here it felt like there was just a lot of stuff without much organization or thought behind the layout. The pricing was another thing that surprised me. A lot of the prices didn't really make sense for a thrift store and felt on the higher side compared to other spots I've visited. The atmosphere was just missing something. No cool decor, no personality, and overall the vibe wasn't there for me. It feels like it caters more to an older crowd, which is totally fine, but just not my style of thrifting. Also, no restroom available, which is always frustrating when you're shopping and spending time looking around. 4/10 for me.
