Speaking of the bakery/ deli section - they have a huge display of wraps & tortillas. All sizes and varieties. Big bulk food isle as well that is currently open. They have free parking and carts are only a quarter deposit. Prices are quite good. Way better then my Downtown market options -which have half the selection with nearly double the cost. Be sure to get your Save-On-More card to get the lower prices (as per signage on applicable products) Self check out is a breeze and you're on your way !

It looks like they mashed 3 separate adjacent parkades together, seeing as how one has to go down to P3 then back up to P2 to get to this area. I can't even describe how to leave, other than that the Rosser exit is accessed by going UP and the Lougheed exit is accessed by going DOWN. Once inside, the area looks pretty clean and modern. Very different from the 1990s orange/blue look. Guess I've been living in the past. Pricing is fairly decent, with plenty of discounts. The discounts require a More card. Another thing to stick into my wallet, since there's no app as of the time of writing, which honestly sucks. Layout is fairly intuitive. Samples are no longer available thanks to a certain coronavirus. Definitely a good option for groceries other than that overpriced Whole Foods across the street.

The place is split into a large deli/produce section and a conventional (shelf) section. They also have random perky things such as an ice cream and popcorn section. I had their butter chicken (hot food) and it was pretty decent. Wouldn't mind coming back at some point. Great pit stop if in the area.

They will check on items when asked and not give a typical response like other places that everything is out there. I don't usually get staples here as I prefer to get stuff you don't see in the usual big chain grocery stores. On my last visit, I was looking for Arborio rice and saw that the prices for Thai jasmine rice and Kokuho rose rice were very fair and were even lower than the other stores. Same for the original popular Huy Fong sriracha sauce. The prices for both big and small bottles were not jacked up insanely with the current shortage. I like getting the frozen pies here. They stock Aussie Pie Guy which I love. Occasionally I will get Ernest ice cream here too. The price is the same as the ice cream shop itself. There is also a coffee shop inside (Caffe Artigiano) with seating. There is a good variety of artisan bread here and the grab and go meals are pretty good. I had expected to find some higher prices for items I know (= by identical brand and product), and purchase elsewhere. And from the time I had to look 'where' and at 'what' in the store, this was certainly confirmed by my observations. For us, going into this 'Choices' was an inquisitive, first time experience -- a brief look about, and we enjoyed that. We had not discovered a new-to-us supermarket for any regular future shopping. But it was one that could find us going back for some of their 'specialty', and/or difficult to find items as required.

The store is usually not too busy. The best part of this location is the manager's special. The manager's special is not advertised but you just need to keep an eye out.
