Aubrey was the first to reach out to introduce herself and advise that Mark was going to come out for a site visit. I was pleasantly surprised as I had worked with Mark to turf my previous house. The entire process was incredibly easy and professional. From contacting Aubrey, to speaking with Mark, and finally getting a chance to interact with Moises and his install team, I couldn't have asked for an easier experience. The entire install took about 6 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. Moises and his team arrived on time, advised me on the process, and got to work right away. They were completely finished by the end of the day and results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend Costa Turf for any of your turf needs. Mark and his team are incredible. From the very first moment we met him, he took the time to understand our vision, answered every question with patience and made accommodations we are extremely grateful for. We wish Mark and Costa Turf the very best. Thank you for everything.

Right from the start, working with Jeremy was a breath of fresh air. He came out for our consultation, walked us through everything with total clarity, and was remarkably honest. Instead of trying to upsell us, he focused strictly on what was necessary for our space. Since we needed a pet-friendly setup, he made sure the turf was properly treated with a specialized pet solution to keep everything clean and fresh, and he gave us a very fair quote. The scheduling process was seamless, and they accommodated a Saturday installation. I was home to watch the crew work, and their dedication was incredible to see. They didn't just lay the turf--they crafted custom edging around the whole 800 sq ft area and even installed a drip line along our privacy trees to keep our landscaping thriving. Looking at and walking on the finished turf, we were truly blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you're planning an outdoor project, do yourself a favor and give Grizzly Outdoor a call. You will not be disappointed!

His pricing was competitive, and he was refreshingly honest and upfront about what his team could--and could not--do. I have three dogs and a relatively small area of artificial turf that had become heavily soiled with urine and feces. Rigo explained that his team would thoroughly brush, vacuum, and deodorize the turf, while setting realistic expectations that no treatment can remove odor 100%. However, he assured me the results would be a significant improvement--and they absolutely were. He also explained that turf maintenance is something I can handle myself moving forward, but his team would create a clean foundation and provide the information and resources I needed to maintain it properly. We coordinated a date and time that worked for both of us, and his team arrived promptly and fully prepared. They completed the entire treatment in under an hour. Although I was not home during the service, the team was respectful of my property and professional throughout. Rigo also communicated exceptionally well before, during, and after the appointment. The difference was truly night and day. The turf looks restored and almost new again, and it smells great. I'm confident I'll use Rigo's services again in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Rigo and team!

Want turf? Look no further. Rigo and his team are all you need!…read more A little back story. My husband and I started our backyard reno with a new pool build. However, our pool budget left us about 1000 sf of unfinished space (we have a pretty big backyard). We initially planned on covering that space with decorative rock, but after seeing numerous turf and putting green projects on IG, we knew that would be a way better option for us in the long run. RP Synthetic was top on my list after coming across their IG. I saw that they had 5 star ratings on Google & Yelp and decided to book an estimate with them. I also booked other estimates with a couple other companies, but Rigo was able to book us faster than the others. We had about 9 estimates done for our pool, so we honestly didn't have high expectations that the first turf company would check off everything on our list. Maaaaaan were we wrong. When we met Rigo, we instantly felt comfortable with him. No awkwardness, no weird vibes. When my husband told him what he wanted, Rigo instantly saw his vision. When we asked for his input, he only enhanced our ideas and made it even better. He was well prepared with tools to layout what the design would look like for us, and also brought samples of the turf so we could choose right then and there. In the end, we canceled all our other appointments for estimates and went with Rigo. No regrets and his service exceeded our expectations. He never ghosted us, always responded to text messages and phone calls, and when he said he would be at our house between 8-8:30, he was there ready to go with his team. Everyone was so nice and they always did a solid clean up before they left. But most important of all, it was the small things they took care of that we didn't think of mentioning. Like trimming down our mango tree that was completely neglected for so long, covering up a patch of dirt that we figured we'd handle later on down the road, and he even fixed our crappy turf job in the front yard (done by another company who clearly lacked in turf experience). We instantly got compliments on our front yard. Our neighbor noticed the fix right away and told us that the new turf looked way better, and more realistic too. I can say all these things, but it doesn't mean much without visuals IMO, so I've attached before and afters. See for yourself! You definitely won't go wrong with choosing RP Synthetic Turf as your turf experts!

Rick came out and gave me an estimate and knew exactly what I was looking to have done. I was happy with the price that was quoted and decided to hire them to do the work. Richard was very responsive with all the questions that I had. They even laid out the complete payment schedule which started with a small deposit to hold our spot in line. We were put on a wait list for several weeks, but that was fine with me. As we neared our start date, Richard was in contact with me to make sure we knew exactly when I needed to be ready for his crew. On the first day, they showed up early and put in a full day. That same standard and work ethic continued until the retaining wall was completed, which took about 5 days. One other important thing I want to mention. Rick knew that I was planning to build a 70 ft long wood fence on top of the wall myself. I had mentioned that I wasn't sure how I was going to pick up all the wood for the job. Without hesitation, Rick offered to drive me to Home Depot in his large truck to pick it all up as just a favor to me when I was ready. He kept his word and his guys even unloaded all of it for me. It's not every day that you meet a guy like Rick who is willing to help out someone during his super busy schedule. I even tried to give him gas money, but he said, "it wouldn't be a favor if I accepted your money". With all that said, the work that A&R did was top notch. Would I hire them again? ABSOLUTELY. I highly recommend this family-owned business to do your job. Richard and Rick are amazing guys who run a very respectable business.

I thought living in a non-HOA house meant people would just leave me alone, but noooo. In any case, I had to figure out a way to pay for our yard. Several companies came by and gave me estimates, but I couldn't afford a large one-time payment of any kind (gas is $6+ nowadays and don't get started on groceries). That's when I stumbled upon Oasis Turf & Hardscape. Jay came by and, my goodness, he was just a really cool guy. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, gave me all the options, and helped design a beautiful layout for us on his Ipad. He even suggested several ways I could save money by doing certain things myself. I appreciate that. And to top it all off, our dog, Chi Chi, didn't bark at him AT ALL (she doesn't take to everyone initially, but was very calm with Jay - a good sign in my book). Fast forward a few weeks and BOOM! We have a GOOOORGEOUS front yard AND back yard...we didn't realize this because we spent all our time just decorating the first (and last) house we recently bought (honestly, I don't get why people say this, it's like they're nomads), but when the outside yards were completed...it felt more like a home than ever before. We sat outside in the back yard playing catch with Chi Chi and, though she was initially confused at first, she was having a blast in just a minute or two. She loved smelling the air, retrieving the ball, and just wanting us to chase her around. It was...great! And in the front yard? It's FULLY functional! We sat out there as well just hanging out on one of our auction estate sales that we picked up - 2 metal lawn chairs with footrests and a table than will eventually have an umbrella. Shout out to Pops for giving them an excellent paint job. :) Shout out to Sean and the crew as well, I apologize for not listing all your names, but you all did an EXCELLENT job! Simply beautiful. Now all I need to do is get one of those push lawn mower thingies on Amazon for the backyard since there's a singular tree that happens to enjoy dropping the occasional twig here and there...it does give a little shade though, so it's not entirely annoying. With all that said, we HIGHLY recommend the company. They do outstanding work. And, Jay, feel free to come by whenever with your son. As it stands I still have the high score on Missile Command on the Atari ;)
