We went to visit the showroom since we actually weren't available when Veronica came to give us an estimate and was so sweet to our tenant and sent us the estimate. We loved that that offered a finance option even though we opted out. I will say that they accidentally broke a pipe but made sure they repaired it correctly and made sure that it was to our satisfaction. Green X Turf installed our turf late 2021. We picked a higher grade grass which was reasonably priced. Today we used them (07/2025) to do maintenance. This involved blowing debris, sweeping to get turf hairs puffed up, pet anti microbial resistance sand and retouch on the turf seems which was starting to separate. Man, Luiz was a great guy. Super harder worker (hot day) very polite and respectful of our property and dogs. He did a great job! We're really happy with our experience and the product. Customer service is so important to us and this company provides great service. I highly recommend them. I got a second estimate, and one of my neighbors also got a separate estimate. Green X was the best bang for the money. They did a pet grade turf in my backyard, and the dogs love it. I didn't realize how much was involved until they arrived with a bobcat, dump trailers, and gravel. Victor came to give us an estimate - one of three that we got from artificial grass installers. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered every one of our questions honestly. He was so knowledgeable, because he had also been an installer! Friday, the demo/installation began. Rene and Sergio were very polite and respectful of the property. The yard for a time looked like a bomb had gone off in it, and despite removing all the old, nasty grass, tree roots, sprinklers and broken pipes, THEY broke nothing. They thoroughly prepared the soil subgrade, and then put down a good quality, Class II base material. They graded and compacted this, and then put a fabric over the top. The grass itself looks amazing. Seems are not visible, and the edges look like a very well manicured lawn should look. The job was finished Saturday afternoon. Their rate was very competitive, but having this done is not cheap. Then again, Fontana water isn't cheap; paying a gardener adds up, and so does fertilizer and fixing the constantly breaking sprinklers and pipes. No more. Thank you all very much! read more
