At many Publix you will have high school kids as cashiers and baggers, but here it seems to be mostly grouchy middle-aged women. I guess I would be grouchy too being here all day!

Both times I visited and stood in line waiting my turn only one dedicated associate handled both pickups and returns. A big shout out though to those dedicated employees and to the one or so who came to help out from their main responsibility. Both times my transactions were handled accurately. But the time of wait during non-Christmas or Black Friday was too long.
