They run about every 15-20 minutes and if you stay on for the entire ride, it's about a 90 min tour. Joey was our first guide and he was so awesome that we decided to stay on 2/3 of the way through (we only got off for a "pit stop".) He was hilarious and had dad jokes for days. We really enjoyed him. They also gave us some good info...if you're interested in the squares, sit on the left, churches on the right. Every seat near the window was excellent for taking photos. I'm glad I brought an external battery, I was taking so many pictures! There is no AC but they did give us fans! And there are a lot of good coupons included in their handouts. AND a really good map of Savannah. A lot of good info. I highly recommend!

We did the 75 minute historic tour of Old Savannah. Check in was a breeze and all employees we encountered were lovely. I wish I had done a little research on her, as I did after leaving her tour...oh my, I probably would have asked so many more questions, I had no idea of the advocate she is. My husband, two friends and I took this tour on Saturday afternoon on Sept 12, 2026. It was a hot…read moreday and luckily that day the tour was on an air-conditioned bus rather than a trolley. The Moron Twins, Dani and Danny (AKA Ava & Jamal), were entertaining from start to finish. They did a great job getting the audience involved and the jokes, commentary, and occasional history lessons never sounded like they were repeating something they had memorized - it sounded like they were sharing the information for the first time. I think it's smart there is a minimum age requirement (13 years). There is occasional adult language and situations, but never anything over-the-top; I'd say it's the equivalent of a PG-13 rating at the theater. My favorite part was when Danny, a black man wearing a red wig, pretended to be Julia Roberts. He had left the bus a minute or so earlier during another skit and showed up strolling along the sidewalk with his red wig, engaging passing vehicles and pedestrians - it was hilarious. There was a brief stop in the middle of the tour, long enough for everyone to use the restroom and freshen their drinks. I'd like to give a special, personal shout-out to Jamal for looking out for my husband when he was having trouble getting on the bus due to a bad hip. Thank you, Jamal! It meant a lot to me. If you are visiting or if you live in Savannah, this is a must-see tour. I highly recommend it.

They incorporated material from guests on the bus and peppered laughs throughout the tour. It was irreverent, a little raunchy in just the right way to make you blush. One of the highlights include Danny existing the bus and taking the show to the street with innocent bystanders becoming part of the show, all while narrated inside by Danni. We covered several blocks with Danny running through the streets and squares while we laughed in the air conditioned trolly. Passing through Savannah on road trip we were just in town for one day and a night, so had to…read moreprioritize what we wanted to do. With that being said, upon researching the area, Dan's tour came up as almost unanimously the best thing to do in Savannah. To say we learnt a lot and had a great time would be an understatement, Dan gave us a broad overview of many elements of Savannah's rich and diverse history. We were visiting from Florida, so we knew it would be hot, but as it was a very shaded route with plenty of stops it was not an issue. As Dan advices on the website, pack water, and sunscreen. The walk itself is very dog friendly and at a leisurely pace suited to all levels of fitness. Finding dog friendly activities is always high on our list, and plus the wealth of knowledge and passion Dan has it was a no brainer!
