Love the food and the sweet family that owns/runs this restaurant! I got the Tom Yum soup and Pad Garlic with Chicken today. They were both delicious. I no longer live in the area but when I'm visiting family this is always one of my go to places! It's always super busy because it's just that good! Enjoy

Best Thai experience in Auburn, hands down. Super friendly environment and service with huge portions of food. Definitely will be back! (Already have in the past two weeks!)

We had a great dinner here, the food seemed to be very authentic and delicious. The service is great, although it does take a while to get your food as it is all made to order- which is made very clear when you enter and when you order. It was worth the wait! Everything was delicious. Can't wait to come back and get the lobster fried rice again!

If you are in Auburn and crave something other than barbecue hamburgers, or southern food would highly recommend Savanh. At first I was annoyed because they serve my daughters Pad Thai extremely spicy like a spice level of 10+ when we had specifically requested 1-2. It was so hot that she cannot eat it. However, the owner was gracious enough to offer to remake it, although we declined. I just told my daughter to put it away in the fridge overnight which she did. Based on this alone I gave her a five star review. The spring rolls were excellent and fresh, and the other dishes were very good. Oh, and the decor is very nice.

Food was amazing as well, I wish they had a broken rice plate with short ribs because that's what I'm familiar with at Vietnamese restaurants, but the marinated beef I got was good, it was more of a bulgogi beef but it was packed with flavor. The mixed vegetables with chicken were pretty good as well, it was packed with flavor, chicken was tender. Now onto the chicken curry, this by far was the best dish on their menu, they only have 1 curry dish and it is a must have, it's like a Papang curry and it's so good. I did try the pho and it was alright, I've tasted better phos but nothing beats the curry here! Thai tea was good but for the price of it I wished it was in a bigger cup, they put it in a slanted cup and it was weird but you could take probably 3-5 sips and it'll be gone. The place was very clean, it was busy when we went so that probably means the food is good. Overall, if you're in the area, check this place out you won't be disappointed!

Restaurant-style Japanese ramen is a very different creature than the dried stuff you get for…read more30¢/pack and boil at home. Unfortunately, Mizu Ramen resembles the latter. Tonkotsu ramen's basic flavor profile is fat, salt, and (in the case of black tonkotsu) garlic. It is an incredibly rich, salty, and filling dish. The broth should be creamy as a result of all the fat, collagen, and gelatin extracted by cooking pork bones for over a long period. Mizu Ramen is none of these things. It is a thin, watery dish devoid of flavor. Either the base of the soup was not cooked long enough, or they're cheaped out on the amount of bones used. I found myself pouring soy sauce into it just to make it somewhat salty. You don't even get a shaker of furikake or some vinegar for the table! While Mizu avoids a 1 star rating on account of the fact that it's not disgusting and the service isn't bad per se, I cannot recommend it as a much better ramen chain, UMAMI, is only 7 minutes away.

We didn't really expect much in a college town but it turned out to be pretty legit. Banchan - really good. Love the fish cakes. We asked for more but they said they ran out. So they never came back to our table again, not even to refill our tea and water cups after that. Stew: I think it is called Gopchang Changol or something like that. It usually got beef tripes, tofu, veggies, something, then intestines. This one got tofu and lots of intestines, flavored was good but way too much intestines, I like a mixed of stuffs. We always get udon in a stew, not this place. Not what I was expected. Big portion though so we took the leftovers, grabbed some tofu from Walmart and udon, and made another batch the next day. Fried chicken (both original and spicy) - not bad. Galbi (short ribs) - pretty good Tteokbokki- not bad
