We bought a $49 tiny bird house made of copper which was put in a tiny gift box. Since we were going to spend some more time browsing on Bridgeway, we asked if we can have a bag for the item. No greeting--just an angry man immediately telling me to move my backpack to the front. Then someone followed us around the store, watching everything we touched and looked at. I simply pulled out my phone and was immediately told "NO PHOTOS," even though I wasn't taking any. Having store rules is completely understandable. Treating customers with disrespect and suspicion is not. I felt so uncomfortable that I walked out without buying anything. I would never spend my money somewhere that treats customers this way. Terrible experience.

I also purchased a beautiful brass watering can, which I still use and love (and it's a pretty decor piece when not in use). I've been back to Ground a couple times since when I'm in the area. On my most recent visit I enjoyed a meander through their beautiful plant nursery - so peaceful - and a peruse through their home/gift boutique. I wasn't looking for it but was delighted to find Dad Grass cbd dog treats for my pup, as we had just finished a bag. If you have anxious pups, I highly recommend these. Also included in the package were the instructions on how to take care of them: do not expose to direct sunlight or dust; no watering (thank God because I kill most living things); and do not place anything on top of the roses. They're as simple as that. Bahar is such a pleasure to speak with. She's pleasant and responds diligently. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your flower needs with any sort of event.
