I figured the rep would merely tell me everything I wanted to hear to get my signature of commitment. To my great surprise the rep was able to personally understand my issues! Authenticity cannot be faked! She truly understood my pain. Well, having just completed my first treatment, I can attest the environment though fully prepared to do battle against the power of these evil whiskers, conversely the space and mood is very relaxed.
