A crown had been advised by the first doctor and I was open to this, but I also had some underlining issues and concerns with the tooth, that resulted in the second opinion. Just in my initial contact with the office of Dr. Bidgoli, I could easily see the strong professionalism of the practice. It was even more so during my first appointment, especially with regard to the steps taken to ensure BOTH the safety of patient and staff during Covid. As for my time with Dr. Bidgoli, "impressive" is the best descriptor that I can offer. Her consultation was clearly rooted in the best interest of me, the patient. She patiently explained everything clearly and with logic and facts. I also heard input on my situation that I had not heard prior. I was so impressed. My mother paid almost $6,000 for dentures, expecting professional work and reasonable durability. Instead, only a few months later, one of the teeth fell out while she was eating. We contacted the office immediately and were told to bring the dentures in for repair. About two months later, the upper denture developed a visible crack running straight down the center, making it clear the denture was failing and close to breaking. When she contacted the office again, she was charged an additional $750 just to repair that crack. Now, only three months after paying for that repair, the denture has broken again. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability--calls are not being answered, and there has been no follow-up or effort to resolve the issue. After paying nearly $6,000, plus another $750 in repairs, this level of quality and communication is unacceptable. My mother expected durable work, responsibility, and basic customer service. Later, they suddenly came back saying the insurance rejected it and demanded I pay $53 for a past visit. This was clearly their mistake -- they should never have confirmed coverage if they weren't sure. Still, I tried to do the right thing: I called my insurance company, opened an appeal, and even provided the office with the case number so they could wait for the decision. Instead of being understanding or professional, Dr. Tadros refused to even see me. He sent a staff member to tell me, in a rude tone, that he "would not see me unless I paid immediately." I tried to explain that I just wanted him to check a filling he had previously done -- something unrelated to the billing issue -- but he flat-out refused to come speak to me. In the end, he came out only to kick me out, claiming he "didn't like the way I talked to his staff." For just $53, he showed arrogance, zero compassion, and a total lack of professionalism. Dr. Tadros used to care about his patients, but he's clearly changed -- now it's all about money, not care. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. If you value honesty, respect, and patient care, go somewhere else.
