We had the chance to try Sato Omakase before it got included in the Michelin Guide. We reserved two seats at the counter which had a nice setup because the chef's area was only a tad lower enabling us to see all the actions. There were tables at the back and the layout of the entire place was beautiful. Chef Lee served us an 18-course menu which included the following: Lobster (butter-poached Maine lobster topped with Ossetra caviar) - It was perfectly executed and I wished our chef served me an entire tail. He was very generous with the caviar though. Akamutsu (rosy sea bass) - Also known as nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), this is the best among all the white fish (shiromi) and I was very glad it was offered that night. It was buttery, silky smooth, and delicious. Otoro - Served slightly seared (aburi-style), this had enough contrast between the torched exterior and the fatty inside. A5 Wagyu - Sourced from Miyazaki, we saw the bigger piece where it came from and it had excellent marbling. This nigiri was torched nicely and was topped with truffle. It was awesome, but the serving size was just too small. Oyster Trout Roe - Dressed with their ponzu sauce, this tasted very fresh. The briny-citrusy flavor was very good. Zuke Chutoro - Usually it's the akami (lean cut) that we've had soy-cured, but the chutoro (medium fatty) was even more delectable. The rest of the nigiris were amaebi (sweet shrimp), uni (sea urchin), sawara (Spanish mackerel), kanpachi (amberjack), zuke king salmon, and umimasu (ocean trout). I would say that the neta (topping) slices were on the smaller side. We also had a sashimi sampler with maguro, hamachi, hotate, and madai. A serving of hamachi tataki and a couple other dishes completed the menu. I had to get the Uni Truffle Bowl (otoro, uni, caviar donburi) supplement because I was not filled to the brim. The rice bowl was outstanding but pricey. I appreciated that it was served with nori so I had the option of making a hand roll, too. The quality and presentation were great, but the portions could use some help. We enjoyed our dinner as our chef was handing out our food at a steady pace. Another omakase crossed out from our list; we still have some more to go.
Fantastic sushi omakase in a comforting, yet modern setting. Went for a Friday evening sushi omakase. Walked through the initial door and was a bit confused where to go. First a lady said someone will help us, then about 5 minutes later a guy comes by saying he will be right with us ... and it took another 5 minutes before he came back and asked if we had an rsvp for the omakase. Which we did. Apparently, there's a more casual area of the restaurant and then an area for the omakase. We were seated in a waiting area that so happened to be next to the bathroom - so got to see people go in and out ... was a little weird and already a bit of a turn off. A few minutes later, we finally were seated in another room where the omakase was held. So - the place was already behind the 8 ball here. A bit of skepticism found a way into my mind for the night. The waitress provided some drink menus and allowed us to taste a few different sakes before choosing a bottle. That was a bit of saving grace. We had a couple tastes and chose a bottle, and had a few sips to wash down any early frustration. Then the food started coming. So a few first dishes came around - snow crab w/ caviar, mackerel, black cod, fish cake soup w/ uni. All delicious - especially the fish cake soup and uni. Then some nigiri pieces were presented - all legit, perfect pieces. Flake, yellowtail, chu-toro, golden eye snapper, cherry salmon. Then a nigiri break - had some mushrooms w/ truffles soup thing, and then some toro tartare "tart" - definitely great ... and starting to get full. Needed to have a few more glasses of sake to build up the appetite again. More nigiri and a couple of handrolls. Mackerel, yellowtail, toro, uni - all spot on. So full. Looks like we took up our allotted time and haven't finished our sake bottle yet. They moved us from the bar to a booth so we can have dessert and finish our bottle. Had a cheesecake and panna cotta - all pretty good stuff. Was a rocky start, but they climbed out of the hole and produced an amazing experience for us. Service was amazing - sake and water always topped off and fresh dishes coming around immediately each time. Would def recommend for a nice night out - but would also hope they tighten up the process of getting checked in.
We came here for omakase. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and gives a high-end vibe. The service was outstanding and clearly high-end. The portions were just right so that by the end of it, you feel quite full but are not overwhelmed. They have an excellent selection of cocktails. Our menu had the following items: - Blue nose (decent) - Spanish Mackerel (good) - Mushroom with truffles (outstanding --- lovely broth) - Miso Black Cod (outstanding -- beautiful flavors) - Snow Crab clear soup (good) - Red Seabrem (good) - Pomfret (very good) - Soy cured medium fatty tuna (excellent) - Yellowtail (excellent) - Ocean trout (very good) - Butter poached lobster with caviar in a broth (very good) - Scallop (good) - Japanese Mackerel (decent -- not my cup of tea) - Toro (outstanding) - Uni (good, but strong) - Akamutsu --seaperch (excellent) - Miso panna cotta (excellent). Overall, the food was very good, but only a few of the items were wow. And for this price-point, that is not enough to receive 5 stars.
My fiancé surprised me with dinner here for my birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience. We sat at the bar, and our chef made the evening feel special from start to finish. Every piece of sushi was incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the care that goes into each course. Parking was a little tricky, but we found a spot in the nearby lot and it worked out fine. The whole night felt intimate and thoughtful--great service, relaxed atmosphere, and food that speaks for itself. A memorable spot for a special occasion.
I'd rate this place a solid 3.5, but rounded up to a 4 to be generous. Sato's atmosphere reminds me of Japan. Before your reservation, you can enjoy drinks in one room, and once your table is ready, you're guided to another. The space is surprisingly large and has a sleek, modern vibe. For the price, the portion size is enough to feel full. However, the execution isn't as refined, some courses lacked delicacy, and the uni wasn't as fresh as expected. A few sushi pieces also fell short in quality. Overall, nothing particularly stood out as memorable or "wow." The staff was friendly, but the pacing felt rushed. Dishes were sometimes cleared before we were finished, and we had to ask them to wait. After paying, our jackets were brought out immediately, which gave the impression we were being pushed to leave even though we weren't ready.
Came here last night for my birthday. I was in the area visiting to see the big bang concert. My uncles friend and who's lived in the area for almost two decades recommended us this place. From start to finish. This place didn't miss. The first course was a rice cracker with rice crisps, caviar and uni. There was a fish on there but please forgive me I don't remember any of the names lol. Each course was so beautifully presented. The service was amazing. From the walking in, they took my coat and seated us. The whole experience felt Luxury. My bf & I are drinkers but we don't like wine. So, we didn't opt for the drink pairing. We ordered a bottle of sake recommended to us & they even gave us a tasting of it before committing to the bottle. The bottle was chose was priced at $130 so I really appreciate they popped it open while giving us a chance to pick something else. They really cared about our experience. The nigiri was definitely the highlight here. The chu-toro absolutely melts in your mouth. Literally like butter. They had a rice noodle dish with uni from Santa Barbara that was also so light and refreshing. Not one bite here went to waste. They even gave me a free cheesecake with a candle for my birthday. Over all, fantastic experience I highly recommend and will be back. The only downside I had was, our sushi chef specifically wasn't as chatty as the other one I saw. But I think that was highly because of a language barrier. I do prefer a chef we can interact with. But, this one thing will not hinder my desire to revisit. I visited Sato Omakase on a Sunday in June 2025. The omakase counter is located in a separate room next to Sushi Sato, run by the same owner. The space features a modern design with a long sushi bar, though the lighting is a bit dim. The restaurant is on Polk Street, but unfortunately, in the sketchier lower section. The omakase menu includes 17 courses, mixing traditional elements with a few modern touches: * kanpachi (torched), served with black truffles and edible viola flower * oyster, trout roe, daikon radish, ponzu * chawanmushi with uni and ikura * mozuku (seaweed), tosazu (Japanese vinegar), tomato * hirame (fluke from Jeju island/South Korea) * shima aji * hotate * bincho (albacore from Spain) * engawa (halibut fin, Jeju island) * butter poached maine lobster, osetra caviar * kurodai (black sea bream from Greece) * zuke masunosuke (king salmon from NZ) * uni * otoro (bluefin tuna otoro from Spain) * anago * akadashi (red miso soup) * yuzu panna cotta At the beginning of the meal, I had the chef to myself, as other guests arrived later. He sliced all the fish for the nigiri at once at the start of the service, which is unusual for a high-end omakase. As a result, the nigiri were served at a fast pace. The overall experience was good and well-executed. Highlights included the butter-poached lobster, the shima aji, and especially the engawa, a rare and welcome addition. I also appreciated the inclusion of uni 2 times in the menu. Bincho (albacore) was a bit unexpected, as it's not typically served in a high-end omakase setting. While many of the fish come from Japan or Jeju Island (which is perfectly fine), I was surprised to see others sourced from elsewhere, like the bluefin tuna and albacore were from Spain, the king salmon from New Zealand, and the black sea bream from Greece. For a restaurant at this level, a more Japan-centric selection might be expected. They brew their own beer in the basement, including varieties made from rice. The staff kindly offered a sample, which was a nice touch. The small starters felt underwhelming compared to other omakase spots in the same price range. A bit more complexity would have been appreciated. Service was excellent throughout.
I came to celebrate me and my wife's anniversary and it was a great experience! The service was fantastic, everyone was very nice and attentive. They also gave us some champagne for our celebration which was very sweet. We enjoyed the omakase a lot. There are also a few fish we usually don't enjoy eating like mackerel but it was prepared very well to our tastes so that was a nice surprise. While dining here, you also feel very comfortable because of the dim decor. I did wish the employees in the kitchen next to us could keep it down though because their yelling and rowdiness ruins the vibe a bit when you're paying for the whole experience.

The service was so amazing. I think that made this place stand out so much compared to other omakase restaurants. The fish was superb and good rice to fish ratio. Only wish they served it a bit slower, and their appetisers were not super standoutish. However -- a great experience and would come again!
We came here last night to celebrate two friends' birthdays and had high hopes based on the restaurant's website. We made a reservation for 20 people at 8:30 PM and were seated at two adjacent tables. We were especially looking forward to trying their Omakase experience, which was advertised online for under $100--a seemingly great deal. However, upon arrival, the Sato Signature tastings (Okonomi Tasting - $95 and Sato Tasting - $85) were not available. The only option close to what we expected was the Sushi Tasting (6 pieces) for $40. One of our tables opted for that and ordered a few additional dishes to share, including the Maguro Donburi, Negitoro, and Crab Miso Risotto. Not only were these portions tiny, but they were also significantly overpriced for what we received. An hour passed with no food. When our waiter finally approached with a tray, it was just soy sauce. We didn't receive our sushi tasting until nearly two hours later, at 10:13 PM. Unfortunately, the presentation and quality didn't live up to the price or our expectations. What was meant to be a celebratory evening turned into a frustrating experience due to the long wait, unavailable menu options, and underwhelming food. For the price and hype, this was deeply disappointing. I'd recommend checking out one of the many other sushi spots in San Francisco that offer better food and a smoother dining experience.
I like omakase but its not something I have to experience all the time. Especially here in the bay area, omakases blew up in the city became all the rage. If I'm going to pay $$$$, the meal needs to blow my socks off. We made reservations for 5pm but realized we couldn't make it that early. When they opened at 5pm, we immediately called and was able to change the res to 7pm so we really appreciate their flexibility. The 18 course dish sounds like a lot, and probably is if you had a late lunch, but each bite was light, simple, and had umami flavor. Out of the 18 dishes, ,my favorites would have to be the chawan mushi, barracuda, lobster, and toro. All of the nigiri were very fresh but nothing mind blowing. The service was really great and the food was ok. Not sure I would come back but this time it was more for my friend than the meal itself. This omakase was OK-kase.
200 dollar omakase! This experience was unique from the many (two) other omakase experienced we've had. I actually tasted things I never have before, instead of the repeat flavors. Service was so quick and considerate. Great experience!

Was surprised for my birthday by returning here for 2nd time after an amazing meal back in 2022! The experience was just as good. Elegant back room/sushi counter. Very attentive, professional service, nice conversation with Chef Alex who prepared the delicious omakase with great care. There were plenty of courses also so never leave feeling hungry! Enjoyed almost all the dishes with beautiful presentation and only a few perhaps slightly lacking in flavor. Another nice touch....my wife halfway through was getting full and I appreciate Chef Alex mentioning he could do half rice on the nigiri for her! The extra add ons were also delicious! Definitely an enjoyable special occasion meal and worth the price! Check it out if you have a chance. read more

Absolutely marvelous meal! Sato is Michelin Guide Recommended and there's good reason why! Every bite was incredibly delicious and tender. Out of the 18 dishes, ,my favorites would have to be the chawan mushi, barracuda, lobster, and toro. All of the nigiri were very fresh but nothing mind blowing. By far the best Omakase experience in SF. Having dined at some of the city's finest spots--The Shota, Kusakabe, Akiko, Sushi Hon, and Hinata were my top favorites--Sato Omakase has officially taken the top spot on my list. From start to finish, every aspect of the dining experience was flawless. The service was impeccable, with a warm and attentive team that made us feel completely taken care of. Chef Le was not only masterful in his craft but also incredibly engaging, taking the time to explain each dish and interact with our group in a way that felt genuine and memorable. Every piece was melt in your mouth fresh, perfectly balanced, and presented with an artistry that matched the quality. Delicious omakase! Came for a birthday celebration with a group of 7, and we were seated in a quiet and classy space in the back. The dishes were all incredible and our host Victor was very knowledgeable about the thinking and process behind several of the dishes. Cocktails were delicious as well. In addition to the highest quality and fresh fish, we were graced with the wonderful hospitality of the best sushi chef, Andy! He was great in making us feel welcome and comfortable, and took great care with each dish. It's evident he is incredibly skilled and we would come back just to enjoy his work again. The restaurant was also so wonderful in celebrating our friend's birthday with a piece of cheesecake on the house. Tip: definitely get the uni bowl if they offer it as a supplement! Dine here for a friend's birthday. We had a private room for a party of 10. Amazing service from all the staff! There is street parking, but I recommend taking ride shares. Omakase $195 per person. (See attached menu for the list of items included in this set menu) Our server and chef thoroughly explained each item that was served. Everything was delicious and fresh. Melts in your mouth! Giving this place 3.5 stars! I thought the interior was nice and felt like I was in Japan when I was seated at the counter. The service here is good they constantly refill your waters and make sure you're taken care of. Of all the items on the omakase menu I liked the following: Chawanmushi with uni was delicious, the Ceviche very unique and refreshing, Zuke chu toro, toro, uni, and lobster were all great! I also enjoyed my miso soup as well but the tofu pieces were tiny. The panna cotta was good too for dessert but I could hardly taste the red bean. As for all the other nigiris that I had, I felt like the fish didn't melt in my mouth and it just tasted room temperature. The oyster was ok too. Also, I think they can do without the apertif since it wasn't really necessary (reminds me of a shot of pressed juice). My cocktail was also mediocre tasting. read more

This place was absolutely phenomenal. Thankfully it's not suuuuper close to the very different SOMA/TL environment, so you'll be safe. There's a separate room for omakase which threw me off for sure. If ya haven't been to an omakase, rule of thumb is always get bar seating (which we did). And if you drink and there's a sake pairing (or any pairing for that matter, because Sato has wine pairing as well) you should get it. Because why not? Go big or got home. First was appetizers, then some nigiri pieces, then supplement plates (which are big enough to share between two), then dessert. My favorite of the apps was the Sawara Tataki, which was a seared Spanish mackerel with some delicious sauce. FIRE! For me the highlight of the nigiri pieces (which maybe doesn't count as nigiri in this case but was part of that course) was a lobster piece that was sooooo good because of the broth it came and it had truffle. Who doesn't love truffle? Don't tell me if you don't, lol. The dessert was a yuzu panna cotta which was good. They were also so very kind to give me a pour of Iwai to pair with the panna cotta along with a cheese cake and candle as I was there celebrating my birthday. The sake pairing had a Father's Day theme as it was leading into that weekend and they had a very thoughtful poem/quote from Bruce Lee on the pairing which I thought was very creative and thoughtful as part of their presentation. HUGE and SPECIAL shoutouts to both Victor and Chef Aidan for an amazing evening. I really appreciate your guys' service and warmth to make it such a memorable experience. read more
Sato Omakase has been on my bookmarks for so long. All my friends who have been here said it was delicious! Finally made a reservation to celebrate our 10 year anniversary dinner with my boyfriend. Parking is a little difficult in this area but luckily we got a spot. There is 2 restaurants so one is more casual and if you want to do the omakase you have to book Sato Omakase on OpenTable! Came here on a Friday night at 7:30pm and the bar was packed. We opted for table seating since it's more comfortable. Everything was good, usually there's 2 or 3 things my boyfriend doesn't like but surprisingly everything was good. My favorite was the uni toro bowl which was an add on supplement. Definitely worth the splurge. Service was incredible, our water was never empty the entire night. Staffs check on you pretty often. Bill for 2 omakase with tips was $625 total. Would I come back again? Most definitely! P.S We also enjoyed their mocktails which was complimentary since it was our anniversary! :) read more

I will say 3 stars might be generous when you drop nearly $600 on a meal and you're looking for something filling on the walk back to hotel. I don't want to ruin someone's business with a poor review, but honestly I left disappointed with our anniversary meal. First few courses were ok to good. The amuse bouche was completely unnecessary - just give me a glass of water instead of getting cucumber on my palate. The oyster, Chawan Mushi, and mackerel sashimi were good, refreshing, and interesting. The Santa Barbara uni on the Chawan Mushi was really really fishy to the point that my wife gave me her uni - and she LOVES uni. Next came the "ceviche". Yes, you read that correctly. I ate a "ceviche" at a sushi omakase. Not just that but it was bad. Like really bad. Don't give me "ceviche" and not have some fish or shrimp in it. This was so disappointing. After that we were left to wait a solid 30 minutes until our first course of nigiri. The timing of this whole meal was just unacceptable by any standard. It wasn't a full restaurant. Our waiters weren't overly busy at all and it was pretty quiet. It was nearly 3 hours for our meal. Then came the nigiri . I've eaten at some of the best sushi restaurants in the country (Sushi Sho, Gaku, Sasabune, etc...) and I understand a chef not wanting to provide a customer with wasabi and soy. That is great! If....you put a brush of tare, soy, or whatever on the nigiri itself. Otherwise it just eats dry and unpleasant. That's what we got with the exception of the Zuke Chu Toro. They asked us beforehand if it was okay to have the chef put wasabi on the nigiri - and we both said it was fine. Didn't taste any though. After the nigiri was the lobster and caviar with a great dashi. I'm not a huge lobster fan, but this was delicious by any standard. We did have to wait another 20+ minutes for this though. Next was the second nigiri course. It was more of the same. Three dry nigiris. The uni was great. And the toro was okay - but my piece definitely looked a little ragged - like it was the last cut from a block - falling apart. At this time we had to choose if we wanted to order an additional hand roll or luxury caviar, truffle, uni bowl. I went into this expecting to order that bowl, but I wanted to get out of there after being let down. I was also worried the uni would be the Santa Barbara and not the Hokkaido. So we passed. Dessert was pleasant. The wine flowed well. And we left looking for a ramen shop still open at 11 pm. Again, it was okay. But the price tag isn't worth it. The ingredients are amazing. The chef did them a disservice this evening. I hope our experience is the exception to the normal course of business. I don't think I'd give them a second chance to impress though. read more

Made a reservation for two on a weekday and was seated at the bar. The place is pretty hidden and had very intimate vibe, my friend was joking about how dark it was, haha. They provided a set menu and the food came out one by one. I loved how they gave us a run down of each item and how to eat it. They'd tell us to use our hands for the sushi and even provided little wipes for after. I loved the CHAWAN MUSHI. Everything on the menu was absolutely delicious, and I was drawn to this because it was an egg custard dish! It was cool to see the food prepared for us before it was given. This was my first time experiencing a restaurant with a set menu where they give you a run down of each item and I enjoyed it so much. Our server was also so helpful and excited to talk to us about what we were eating. We ordered the YUZU PANNA COTTA for dessert, and wow. We were told to sprinkle yuzu juice on it and it tasted even better! Came here for the omakase of $195 price point. Ambiance was super nice and sophisticated and I enjoyed the dark lighting. Service was top notch and warm and all of the workers were very hospitable with the offering of taking my coat and pulling my chair for me! The chef was very friendly and talked to us during our meal. All of the courses came right after another which I enjoyed as I was pretty hungry. My favorite dish was the butter poached lobster in a dashi broth as it was really unique and flavorful. The only thing is I was still really hungry after this meal but it was a good experience! This is one of the best, if not my favorite omakase I've had so far. The service was amazing and the quality of fish was just as good. We sat at the bar (which I feel is the best way to go when eating omakase). I appreciated that the chef asked us along the way if we'd like to lessen our rice portion as we ate our way through the menu. We were also celebrating my fiancé's birthday and they were nice enough to provide an extra dessert on top of the one already listed on the menu. I came here with a group of friends to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had the private room in the back which made it more comfortable for us. The staff were all so sweet and attentive. We ordered a large sake bottle to pair with our omakase. Also, I got a Kawaii mock tail with a shot of vodka. It tasted sweet, light, and fruity. We started with the aperitif which was a refreshing sweet green juice. The presentation for all the dishes was pretty and eye catching. Everything tasted fresh. Though the shawn mushi and oyster was a little salty. The uni truffle bowl was really good! Each dish took time to come out. I wish it came out a little faster. This place was on the pricer side. Sometimes when you go to an omakase restaurant, there may be dishes that you don't enjoy as much as others. This was not the case at Sato, each and every dish was excellent. Upon arrival, you are seated immediately with the table/counter already set. I always recommend bar seating if possible, it's nice to see the chefs creating such delicious food. The entire staff is wonderful. Everything was perfect and intimate. This is one of my favorite omakase restaurants in San Francisco. Highly recommend you take someone you love here. read more

Omakase menu at "back bar" was simply fantastic. There was no pairing option so the knowledgeable server selected several glasses of sake that worked perfectly. Tucked away behind a typical San Francisco Japanese restaurant that you take a guy on a second date is this private temple to elevated modern sushi. And this is possibly the best omakase in San Francisco, serving dish after dish of spectacular courses that reinvent how good can taste. Everything was a standout - but the searing on a handful of fatty fish cuts unlocked flavors I'd never had before (and I've had a lot of good food). The chefs behind the counter are major asset. Not only are they personable and put diners at ease with casual food-driven conversation, but they also educate. And it's not the typical "this fish is from this Japanese town" talk. They're explaining texture, technique, and it's a thrill to see a new restaurant already so solidly established as an essential destination. Finally, price. Yes, it's expensive - but actually much more affordable that The Shota, Ju-Ni, or Omakase, the only Michelin-starred spots still in town. read more
I really enjoyed my experience at Sato. From the ambiance to the excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this Omakase spot as they are comparable to other Omakase spots in the city. We got their Omakase which was $195 per person. The food was AMAZING. Absolutely delicious. If you're a fan of caviar and truffle then you'll especially love this Omakase set. A few of the highlights for me were the lobster, hamachi tataki and uni truffle bowl (add on for $45). We decided to try the uni truffle bowl which was actually a pretty big sized add on. One thing to note is that it does take awhile for them to prepare (took about 25 mins for our table). By the time the add on arrived, we were already pretty full. I wish it came faster. Nonetheless, it was still yummy! It comes with a couple pieces of seaweed so you can make your own hand rolls too. For the service, the servers were diligent and offered amazing service - constantly checking in on our group, filling water cups, etc. I'll be back forsure! read more

I'm giving Sato Omakase 5 stars but I think it deserves 6 stars! It was the most amazing birthday meal - the service, the fish quality, the ambiance...everything was perfect. Our omakase came with 10 pieces of nigiri. The sashimi were all beautifully treated, I was very impressed by the Chu Toro they aged for a few days - it tasted like butter in my mouth! My favorites of the night were the Hokkaido Uni, the Aori Ika (the best squid I've ever had), the Seared fatty O-Toro, and the A5 Wagyu which came with a generous slice of truffle on top. Even the sushi rice was treated well and was so incredibly flavorful. I found myself wanting more rice! The service was akin to what you might get at a Michelin fine dining restaurant; very attentive and efficient. Extremely professional but also welcoming and considerate. I am pretty forgetful with names, but the sommelier or host in the gray suit (I think it was Richard) was the best! We were mislead by another Yelp review that said the omakase was only 90min long. We had made another reservation right after our dinner so we were definitely shocked when our server let us know that our omakase is actually 2.5 hours long! Thankfully, Richard and Chef Li were able to accommodate us and we were served very quickly! Our nigiri appeared in front of us, one right after the other. I was amazed at the speed our Chef was going! After dessert, I received complimentary cake and cognac for my birthday. The pairing was delicious and it was the perfect end to a wonderful experience. Since Sato Omakase is relatively new, reservations are still pretty easy to book. The secret is almost out though! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit before they get more popular! I'm happy to have found this omakase in its early days and I can't wait until my next visit :) read more
