This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. She even had to polish a second time over. Second time didn't help. I finally just called it ....paid and left. I have never left a review before ever on any site. But this was that bad. If I can save anyone any money that's why I am writing this. I'm a single mom. I don't treat myself often. 50$ is a lot of money to spend to have to go home and re-do everything.... Not just the polish. Super bummed. read more

What a wonderful place to treat yourself! I called at 11:00am on a Sunday & was able to get an 11:30am appointment. I had my fill & my pedicure done by Van, who did an excellent job. The owners were very involved & checked on me often. You get a choice of tea, coffee, or wine to compliment your experience & you truly feel like a valued guest! Coming from Seattle where no one is that friendly, it was a wonderful surprise. When I couldn't get any ride shares to respond for a ride to the airport, the owner - Mr. Steve, didn't hesitate to offer me a ride! Got a basic pedi. Lady wasn't really paying attention. Both big toe nails were a little botched on the side. I didn't think it was a huge deal but by next morning half of the nail polish came off on those nails. ??? And one of the toes still had leftover polish smudges on its side despite cleanup. Wow... No thanks, don't need their services. I hate wasting money on bad service staff. BTW, fixed the toe nails myself. read more

I went to this place 2 months ago and they did a excellent job. I can tell they are not use to servicing men. I went here yesterday and this older lady was sitting outside not working. I now know why, the good workers were busy. She was the oldest lady here. I wanted a manicure and pedicure. She said it was $65. As she was working, I had to keep telling her how to cut my nails. It was obvious she didn't know how to cut a man's nail. When she finally finished, I felt sorry for her and tipped her anyways and knew I was going to leave this review and warn others. They do great work but, don't get the older lady. She not a professional. I will have to redo everything she did and find a new spa. $80 down the drain and alot of sympathy. read more

They have hired a bunch of new staff and gotten rid of all the bad apples. I had quit going here because the staff was rude and didn't provide a quality service. I was willing to give them another chance because they were great when they first opened. The girls now listen and take time to provide a quality service. I also appreciate that I can have a conversation with them while getting my nails done. I've only had a manicure done since they reopened, but I imagine a pedi would be great as well. read more

Only went in twice. Both times had the same gal who made my toes bleed causing excruciating pain but pretended not to see it. Picked out the price package that I wanted which was 40.00 but when i went to pay they told me I owed 60.00! The gal added in her own tip!! I'm so happy! Finally a great nail salon in Helena. My niece and I tried their pedicures and they were awesome and I just got a full set of acrylics and they're beautiful. It's hard to get exactly what you want but they did it. Really clean salon, very friendly staff and very accommodating. Definitely recommend Sassy Nails. Well, if you want good service and don't want to spend hours in a salon, this is not the place for you. I brought my bridesmaids and myself to this salon last week for mani's and pedi's. After three hours I finally got up and left. I had tips put on for French nails and they were uneven, too long despite my request and were not the result of a component, Professional tech. The owner knew my experience Was not going well and rather than switch technicians she just said she agreed with me that my nails were horrible. She is more concerned with the number of bodies that come through her salon and does not care about quality. Several of her techs were new and said they would take longer and her response was, "you just have to work faster." I went to their competitor who had to completely redo my nails and they did a great job. I never received a massage with my pedicure and felt he was just rushing through the whole thing. In a small town I would have expected better service. Save your money for a salon that cares. read more

I had the best experience here! We surprised my mom for a Birthday mani-pedi and they accommodated our group beautifully. The complimentary snacks, the staff, and the open and welcoming atmosphere made for just the best afternoon visit. Technicians were personable and did a wonderful job. By far the BEST foot massage I have ever had with a pedicure. The massage chairs in the waiting area are a great addition. We were also served wine during our pedicures which was an excellent and unexpected surprise. I have gone to Sassy a few times. The first two times, my experience was positive and had Connie and Nancy do my nails. However, after that, even though I tried to book with Nancy, I was referred to another nail tech and the quality was not the same. I went a few weeks ago for a pink and white fill and was told they did not have the time and had to choose a color and I was over charged 10.00. My last appointment I called and set, I was told they took a walk-in in front of my set appointment and I would have to wait at least an hour. I ended up leaving. I made this appointment for my son's wedding and was less then impressed with the customer service. I will never dawn the door of Sassy again. read more

Super disappointed...... It Was $75 EACH to just paint my daughters and her friends nails and toes, no special manicure/pedicure. They asked for fall colors and told them specifically what colors they wanted and they got something completely different not even in the same color on their toes or nails My daughter and her friend are super bummed and disappointed. When I told them it was ridiculous to pay that much for one them just painting their nails and for two it wasn't even what they wanted or asked for or the pictures I tried showing them they did not care they said okay and did whatever they wanted, and still charged me full price when I've been going to Sassys for a very long time now. I will absolutely never be coming back!!!! My daughter wanted one leaf on her ring finger and the guy told her he couldn't do a leaf so he did a pink and purple flower when her nails were orange and gold. They wanted gold on their feet and they got orange and my daughters friend wanted orange and white stripes but one pumpkin on one of her nails and she got orange nails with jewels on two of them.. unreal!!!! read more
