They are stealing money!!! Don't go!! I went to the salon on January 21 for a full set short. The guy told me $40 and I agreed. Passed by a couple days later I checked my bank and it is charged $47. I call multiple times and they don't answer so I decided to go back and show him. when I get there, he claims it was 45. I said no you told me 40. I told him you guys are stealing, he said don't trip over a couple of dollars and gave me my seven dollars back. My friend and i go in there all the time and went in yesterday, nobody greeted us. when they finally did ask what we wanted we asked for two acrylic fills and they laughed at us and didn't respond. we picked a color and sat in there for 30 minutes, another woman walked in well after us and got greeted and helped before us, it was like they didn't even care we were there or had been waiting. we ended up walking out. would 10/10 not recommend. read more

The picture on line DOES NOT resemble the actual salon. I walked in today to make an appointment. First impression of the salon from the "reception area was that it was filthy. I wasn't acknowledged at all. I finally made eye contact with an older man and asked if I could make an appointment he looked and me and said something to the effect of "I guess so". I asked to see the price list and he said "WE DON'T HAVE ONE". I asked how much was it for a mani pedi? He said $45.00, I asked if that was for both? He said no each. I wasn't about to pay that, first for his attitude and second I didn't want to come home with any kind of infection. They focus on quantity, not quality. Very, very unsanitary with zero regard of customer nail health. I got a fungal infection on my big toes from them using tools for multiple clients without cleaning them. The toe separator that he pulled from a drawer had different colored polishes on it, clearly indicating that it was used before. Completely disgusted and will be calling the state licensing board to report the sanitary conditions. I seriously wish I could rate them a zero. read more

AND then when they started doing my nails he left it in such an uncomfortable position I couldn't do anything bc he had chopped off half my skin!!! I have been getting my nails done for 33 years now. I have never had an experience this bad. At first I was greeted well with the gentleman who I assumed is the manager. I then proceeded to the work station of another guy I thought they said his name was Kelly. None the less. I had dip polish on my nails. He didn't soak them long enough to completely get them off so he proceeded to file and then rip the dip off my nails off. He yanked my hands around as if I was irritating him. While putting the pink and white on he dug the tool into my skin and when I said something he just looked at me angry and kept going. I said I wanted them thin... they are Thick. The shape is off and now 9 hours later my fingers are killing me. They hurt so bad. I will not go back and would not recommend this person to anyone . read more

Came by for a mani-pedi before a flight. Manicure was uneven, bubbled, and she chopped my nails to the skin when I told her to just trim them a little. Smeared polish of another color over my finished manicure in the clear coat. Polish all over my skin. Toenails has so much thick polish on them they smeared after drying for 45 min. I walked in knowing what I wanted had it ready on my phone to show my nail tech. I go to the waiting area good start took about 5 minutes to get my station. My mom went first then I believe it was the manager called me over so he could do my nails. I showed him my photo explaining I wanted gel polish no acrylic. He then told me to go grab my polish then I saw a pretty nude colored base so I asked him to do that for my base he then told me no I couldn't get a color out of the book. While this is happening he is doing some girls acrylic nails. I got my color and he told me to put my coat on the floor not on the rack but the floor! Then he made me stand the entire time getting them down while doing only one color not even close to the picture I showed hi! I'm so mad about this and I will never be coming back! read more

Scheduled pedi with gel polish: Pedi + leg/hot stone massage were great! :-) When I showed the design I wanted, I got the deer in the headlights look so prevalent in Helena nail salons. Ended up finding a simple dot flower design that was executed okay on the big toe. Note: Don't advertise for "hand painted designs" when your/your staff's skills don't extend past beginner designs. Attend some nail art technique classes. And for Pete's sake, people, before you decide to live/work in the U.S., learn English first so we can communicate like adults. $47 + tips for 2 people. Way too much $$ for barely adequate results. Other states' nail salons charge 50% less for much better services. Upsetting.. read more

Had a reservation for 3 Pedi's for 5:30. Place was packed had to stand in the doorway and wait for 10 minutes. Polish choices very limited. Finally got seated at 5:45. Sunk my feet into cold water. Told them it was cold they added a little warm, still not what I would of liked. Our first pedi was done at 6:08. That is 28 minutes. Let me just say from the time we walked into the place we all felt rushed. Second Pedi & my Pedi we were asked to move since people were waiting for our Pedi stations (Over Booked). Finished painting our toes at the nail station. They charged me a total of $42.00 for my half hour pedi. When I asked my so much they said the gel polish I chose was $12.00 dollars extra..... NOW WTF? I'm used to paying $5.oo Extra at higher end salons for gel polish. I will never go back or refer anyone ever to this salon. read more

I've been going to pro nails for 4 years and I'm never going again. I was switched to 3 different people to finish my manicure and I had to lean over another guest to have my nails filed. When the lady I was leaned over asked if she needed to move the man doing my nails said that's it's fine because I'm "young and flexible". When they're busy they're extremely rude to customers and they'll make you wait while telling you they'll be right there. I dont usually post reviews and have very low standards for a gel manicure. I had an appt for 5pm and they were extremely busy.. I waited 25 minutes, which was ok because I know sometimes you cant get everyone done on time. All through my manicure the lady was constantly looking around and not paying attention to what she was doing, she seemed very distracted and acted like I was an inconvenience to her, when I was the only one that showed up that actually had an appt and wasn't a walk in! I wanted to get up half way through and just leave based on how she made me feel... My manicure lasted 17 minutes and she was done! This was a full gel manicure with a few second "massage" or lotion of arms. She had me take my nails out of the light as soon as she was done painting the other hand and the light hadn't even gone off yet. Two days later and half of the polish has already peeled off.
