Every one I've seen leave before me looks beyond satisfied on their way out the door. As for myself - I've never had to tell him what to do, just sit down and he starts cutting. Looks great every time. Great straight edge neck lines and yesterday, after my latest haircut, I realized my neck has never itched after a haircut from him. I don't even know how that's possible. Got a beard trim and neck shave once and left feeling like a million bucks. Had to tell him it was the best haircut I'd ever had. He said "That's what we want to hear." The entire staff is always pleasant and seem like they work well as one big team. I will be getting my haircut there exclusively for as long as I can.

Had to ask for the manager turns out to be the owner (Chance) because staff was immediately defensive and denying the claim. No honor and no ownership. just denial and defensiveness. Chance came out from the back office from his nap and... I was immediately accused of whining, Was asked if it was my first time? Was asked in a derogatory manner, where was I from? Washington? Chance then proceeded to try and pick yet another fight with me with clients in chairs and other staff around, telling me I should teach my kids to smile more. They were not smiling because daddy had to use his big boy voice to another grown man. Your staff was mortified; you should be ashamed of yourself. This is for MY boys. You made them feel like shit with all your bigotry and vitriol. As a father you should be ashamed of yourself for using my boys as pawns in your little ego battle. It's not a Subaru BTW. It gets good gas mileage. My identity is not tied to some vehicle. I don't need to drive a big truck to feel like a man. Your establishment is advertised as Family Friendly. It most certainly is not.
