I knew right then, I found my place. They did a beautiful job on an acrylic, re-base and pedicure. I would recommend this place. I work for major airline, so I don't get to fly in here that often. Staff response: "You're on your own after 3 days with these - unless you get gel polish; then they'll last 3 weeks." Salesmanship: Really lousy; That wasn't exactly subtle. I agreed to get gel polish. Staff informed me they couldn't draw anything Halloween themed but had stickers. Okay, you can't draw? Why the hell do you work in a nail salon where it's all about the designs?? Stickers it is then ... Oct 26: One of the stickers on a right hand nail started to come off. Apparently clear layer isn't thick enough. Really?? Oct 30: You can see the naked nail edge on a left hand nail right now. So this is what I paid $65 ($55 + $10 tip) for?? You have got to be kidding here! These nails won't last 2 more weeks. Shody job, expensive to boot. Then the gel polish needs to be removed (at a different salon!) which will cost money. Arrrrrgh. Should have just gotten the basic manicure and done my own nails at home. Lesson learned. NEVER going back and will tell my friends not to come here.

It was a horrible experience! The tech's shirt was filthy, and his thumb nail (no gloves) appeared to have a fungus. Due to a language barrier and their completely different way of doing things, I couldn't get across to them that I just wanted acrylics. Finally did, but geez it took forever and involved having to sand off their first clear application, which was what, I have no idea. Took over an hour with all the starts and stops, and then charged me $40 before the tip. I will never go anywhere but ProNails in the future.

I came back in an asked for them to repaint all of them as I was worried it would keep happening to the rest of them. Having uncured gel polish is also not safe, and puts you at a higher risk for things like contact dermatitis. They refused and were very rude and dismissive about something that was totally their fault.
