The most BEAUTIFUL salon I've ever been to! My whole experience was pure posh…read more Upon entering, I was greeted & offered a beverage. They offer an assortment of coffee, tea & I believe champagne on occasions. The waiting area is so luxurious, with velvet chairs & a whole catalogue of haircare products. This is a place you'll want to hang out it in all day. I LOVE the wallpaper & seasonal decorations throughout the salon. I'm pretty low maintenance hair wise so I got a basic wash, cut & style. First we talked about what I wanted & then we went to wash my hair. They have an abdundant selection of R+Co products to customize your wash with products that fit your hair profile. I would have liked for the wash to be a little more intensive, such as offering more a scalp massage. I think that would amp up their service. My stylist was very nice but she was fresh out of cosmology school so that made me a little nervous. Her hands were trembling the whole time. She ended up doing a great job & really put a lot of focus into accomplishing what I wanted to do with my hair. I was VERY impressed with how she was able to wash, cut & style my hair in less than 60 minutes. Without it feeling rushed. The whole service was only $40! I assume it's because prices are based on stylist experience but my stylist was such a PRO that this was a great deal. I had a VERY pleasant experience & I look forward to going back. I don't get my hair cut often because I'm always dissatisfied with the service but they have so much to offer that going back is a treat! I plan to buy some products & just hang out. Extra kudos to the owner of Halo for developing a business that is classy, hip & fun! She has put so much effort into designing the salon to have such intricate details, down to the bathroom that has luxury soap & hand cream. Truly a fun place to be & any employee would be lucky to work here!

Every one I've seen leave before me looks beyond satisfied on their way out the door. As for myself - I've never had to tell him what to do, just sit down and he starts cutting. Looks great every time. Great straight edge neck lines and yesterday, after my latest haircut, I realized my neck has never itched after a haircut from him. I don't even know how that's possible. Got a beard trim and neck shave once and left feeling like a million bucks. Had to tell him it was the best haircut I'd ever had. He said "That's what we want to hear." The entire staff is always pleasant and seem like they work well as one big team. I will be getting my haircut there exclusively for as long as I can.

Chance came out from the back office from his nap and... I was immediately accused of whining, Was asked if it was my first time? Was asked in a derogatory manner, where was I from? Washington? Chance then proceeded to try and pick yet another fight with me with clients in chairs and other staff around, telling me I should teach my kids to smile more.
