I get my haircut at this location once a month as the ladies are great. I went on 11/20 and the…read morewait was two hours with only two stylist there, so I decided to do it another day. In 11/23 I pre- checked in and got helped by Jaz to which I have never seen, she said same as last time, I said yes....then tried to engage in conversation as that is what usually happens, she did not even smile and was disinterested. Then someone she knew came and talked with and she was more interested in having the conversation about a baby to this friend, and the friend was way to close to me. After she was done, I looked and the two sides of my head was cut so short you can see the scalp, this is not how it's done. After finding out it went up $1.00 and she just $15.00 like I was taking up her time? I usually give $6.00 tips but gave her $3.00, but should not have. If Jaz does not like what she does then leave! Where did you find here? I will be going to the other location by Target from now on. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

They offer an assortment of coffee, tea & I believe champagne on occasions. The waiting area is so luxurious, with velvet chairs & a whole catalogue of haircare products. This is a place you'll want to hang out it in all day. I LOVE the wallpaper & seasonal decorations throughout the salon. I'm pretty low maintenance hair wise so I got a basic wash, cut & style. First we talked about what I wanted & then we went to wash my hair. They have an abdundant selection of R+Co products to customize your wash with products that fit your hair profile. I would have liked for the wash to be a little more intensive, such as offering more a scalp massage. I think that would amp up their service. My stylist was very nice but she was fresh out of cosmology school so that made me a little nervous. Her hands were trembling the whole time. She ended up doing a great job & really put a lot of focus into accomplishing what I wanted to do with my hair. I was VERY impressed with how she was able to wash, cut & style my hair in less than 60 minutes. Without it feeling rushed. The whole service was only $40! I assume it's because prices are based on stylist experience but my stylist was such a PRO that this was a great deal. I had a VERY pleasant experience & I look forward to going back. I don't get my hair cut often because I'm always dissatisfied with the service but they have so much to offer that going back is a treat! I plan to buy some products & just hang out. Extra kudos to the owner of Halo for developing a business that is classy, hip & fun! She has put so much effort into designing the salon to have such intricate details, down to the bathroom that has luxury soap & hand cream. Truly a fun place to be & any employee would be lucky to work here!
