Master Cuts is always convenient for me and they do a good job. I prefer to walk in rather than…read moremake an appointment. I'm always welcomed at Master Cuts and they always fit me in. I don't ask for a specific stylist. They all seem to listen to what I want and do a good job. It only takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Most other places, I can walk in and ask for a haircut and there are three stylists doing nothing but they turn me away becasue they have appointments in the next 15 minutes. It's a bad business practice as well as bad customer service. If they are already in the shop, why don't they want the extra income??

She continued to make knots in my hair while blow drying and I told her my hair was curly so that would happen but she brushed my hair with a wide tooth comb and I lefted the salon with a MAJOR headache. There is a huge offering of hair care, hair color, nail polish and products along with some beauty items like face masks, body lotion and skincare. The clearance section offers extra discounts, I like trying new stuff from this section because it's such a good deal. This is a great time to find holiday gift sets which offered more savings.
