Master Cuts is always convenient for me and they do a good job. I prefer to walk in rather than…read moremake an appointment. I'm always welcomed at Master Cuts and they always fit me in. I don't ask for a specific stylist. They all seem to listen to what I want and do a good job. It only takes 10 minutes to cut my hair. Most other places, I can walk in and ask for a haircut and there are three stylists doing nothing but they turn me away becasue they have appointments in the next 15 minutes. It's a bad business practice as well as bad customer service. If they are already in the shop, why don't they want the extra income??

She continued to make knots in my hair while blow drying and I told her my hair was curly so that would happen but she brushed my hair with a wide tooth comb and I lefted the salon with a MAJOR headache. I hired Sassy Images to do air brush make up and hair for my October wedding. I specifically hired Sassy Images for air brush make up. When I arrived last July for my hair and make up trial, I told the person working on my hair that I was there for my air brush make up trial, and *another* stylist who just overhead told me that they no longer did air brush make up. At that point, I had been in contact for Sassy Images for months, so it was very unsettling to find out in that way. The person who had booked me for air brush make up should have contacted me to let me know that the service was no longer offered. Additionally I was very unsatisfied with my trial. The hair was wonderful, but the make up was terrible. Before I could give feedback, the woman doing the trial said "I have an appointment" and left me sitting in the chair by myself. When I called back later in the week to ask about the air brush, the owner was very rude to me. I only wanted to express my concern that I was never told that air brush make up was no longer offered. The whole interaction left me worried about how it was going to go on my wedding day. I had requested a specific hair / make up artist who wound up leaving Sassy Images not long before my wedding, and to their credit, Sassy Images was willing to work with her so she could still do my wedding. I did appreciate that. What I did not appreciate was the lack of communication with me and the owner's inability to take any feedback. I felt she was rude to me and dismissed my concerns. In the end I had to work with my artist directly to get the air brush make up, but there were definitely times I considered canceling my contract and eating the cost because of how frustrating this whole experience was.

Products you love are also available in gallon jugs or much larger sizes because this store caters to hair salons. The clearance section offers extra discounts, I like trying new stuff from this section because it's such a good deal. This is a great time to find holiday gift sets which offered more savings. This was my first time there in awhile and I was happy to see Murad skincare and Olaplex. This location was clean and well stocked. The staff was helpful and wearing masks.
