To my nail tech Ivy, thank you for being very detail oriented, kind and professional. GM if you're reading this, please trust me when I say you're in possession of an extremely valuable asset with this young lady. When one patronizes an establishment like Frenchies, it's more than a quick nail fix, it's meant to be a moment of relaxation and pampering, something some women only get in rare occasions. How customers are treated and greeted from the moment they walk in the door either adds to or detracts from that experience. Ivy naturally encapsulates what you would expect from an establishment like Frenchies. Thanks again Ivy, keep shining with that amazing, cool aura :)

This place was not at all. This place was clean and sleek! They have a lobby where you wait with options for coffee and tea. The manicurists were fun, honest and hilarious, my nails are short but they're frail so needed to get them cut. Loved the color options they had, and the way they paired the gel and regular nail colors together. If you're looking for some self care and a good time, this is the place to go. Bonus points for playing great music

I opted to just get my toes polished. He was pretty subdued but I notice that most nail technicians don't trot out their personalities unless you're spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, I can't wear long nails because of work - and I'm allergic to the red dye used in most nail polish, so I'm stuck with having to get pedicures - never manicures ... and no red or pink or derivatives. I love gel, but it always causes my nails to split and break. The Overall vibe here was pretty unwelcoming. One technician was kinda argumentative with a walk-in customer who had apparently called before coming in - to see if they were busy ... and they told her to come, but by the time she arrived, 4 new customers had shown up. It was 5pm. Price / Value Super over-priced. I wanted a pedicure, but there was a wait and I had to back at home in less than an hour, so I opted for a polish change only - French. This place charged $15 higher than their posted price for a polish change. I completely understand that french costs more - this is normal, but paying $15 more - no. Overall Overall I wouldn't come back simply because I don't like spending money in places where I don't feel welcome.

Their chairs are comfortable but the massager doesn't have that many settings. A male did my pedicure but I didn't catch his name. He was ok. I have been coming to this salon since their grand opening. The space itself is nice and modern,…read morebut unfortunately the pricing practices here are extremely inconsistent and dishonest. Every time I visit, I get the exact same service. The only thing that changes is the color of my polish. Yet somehow the price is different every single time. They have a clearly posted price list at the front, but at this point it feels like it's just for decoration, because by the time you're checking out the price is always higher than what the list suggests. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the pricing here hasn't matched what's listed on their own menu. Because of that, I always ask for the total before the service begins so there are no surprises. Today I did exactly that. Before giving me a price, the nail tech started asking personal questions like where I work and what I do for a living, which honestly felt like he was trying to size me up. Based on their own pricing, my service should have been around $60. When I asked for the price beforehand, he told me it would be $67, so I agreed to proceed. When I went to check out, I asked the front desk to apply the 10% military/veteran discount that they advertise. That's when I was told the $67 already included the discount. When the tech came up, he claimed the actual price was $75 and that $67 was the discounted total. That makes no sense. When a customer asks for the price before a service, you give the base price. Discounts are applied at checkout -- that's standard practice everywhere. If the real price was $75, that should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Instead, I was told $67 as if that was the normal total. There was never any mention of a $75 base price or that a discount had supposedly already been applied. You also can't assume someone qualifies for a discount when you don't even know them or their status. At the end of the day, the pricing here is inconsistent and misleading, and it feels like customers are charged based on what staff think they can get away with rather than what's actually listed. Between that and the fact that I wasn't even happy with how my nails turned out, this will definitely be my last visit. I came here since the grand opening, but after this experience it's grand closing for me.
