DO NOT TRUST THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY"! I called ahead to ask…read moreif the lifetime warranty on my tint covered sun fading, and the woman on the phone confirmed that it did. But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

This place is amazing…read more 1st, I sent an email about fixing my hood to how it used to look like 25years ago. They respond within 2hours. 2nd, I was told to come in the next day to discuss in detail. Place is clean. Checking out what other customers are doing to their cars, Waiting room has comfortable sofa's and a big TV with Netflix while you wait, Posters of their previous work on the wall, Office has allot of POP figures (nerd inside me). 3rd, appointment was set 3days later to drop the car off. I picked up the car the next day at closing. Basically from my initial email, to the finished product, everything was done in 5days. If I ever get another car, I'll definitely come back for decals/wrap to be done. Thanks MTLV team! -Adrian Pardo Edit October 20, 2022 11AM Greg the boss is perfect. However one of his designers, a new hire since I've been here 2 years ago, I believe his name is Jesus, can't follow simple instructions. Even gave me attitude (*facial expression* *raised voice* "You said the Word USA") In both email, and in person I clearly said the picture of the USA flag. Even told him for the second attempt, "You know how a race car looks right?" Coming back next year when vented my carbon fiber hood comes in. Also when I can afford the ~$2k estimate to install Seibon Carbon Fiber Doors. I will personally tip my original designer $100 if he were the one to handle my car. I'll change my review accordingly after my 3rd and hopefully final visit for a simple flag at October 21 11AM.

I got full coverage exterior PPF, some interior PPF and window tints for my Panamera GTS here. The price won't be the cheapest around but its very reasonable and you will get the best job done. Cheaper shops use pre-cut/printed pieces of PPF that dont fit perfectly, you'll see the edge of the PPF on each body panel. These guys lay down massive uncut pieces, and cut them by hand to fit your car. All edges are rolled into or under each panel so you don't see a single edge anywhere. I've had compliments on how well this PPF is done from friends, car detailers, and mechanics. They'll take care of you after sale too. Took about a week to get my PPF done. A few weeks later, I came back for them to check all of the edges to make sure everything was perfect. Over a year later, I noticed one spot on the side skirt that must have taken a big pebble and they fixed it for free.
