Rory came promptly the next day and, after asking lots of good questions recommended not replacing anything at this point. We followed up this discussion by looking at the 3 furnaces/blowers, based on the rising cost of propane and new insulation work recently done on our house. Rory was both patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping me put together a plan for the next few years while not pushing any installations at this time. I felt strongly that he had my best interests at heart and will definitely use Infinity as we change out equipment over time.

If it wasn't registered at the time This stated warranty will not be honored. I thought my contractor let me down I thought they should have seen to it instead of expecting me to do it. Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.

He had to replace a part and the unit has run fine since. I have also used their services to replace old electrical boxes in the ceiling of the second floor bedrooms so I was able to replace the light fixtures with ceiling fans. He also ran the electrical for my microwave and installed the unit. As of recent, he installed a whole house air purification unit to assist with odor elimination and remove particles from the air. The unit works great. My wife has terrible alergies and since installing the unit it has eliminated her having to take as many medications. Today he evaluated my furnace to ensure that the water was flowing from the furnace to the drain. He cleaned the line, removed a pump that was not needed, and installed drainage.
