One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!

I once went here on a day trip using the Metrolink train and then used the bus route 553 (which is apparently on weekdays) to go to Disney. I find that the route was fine although there were a lot more stops to the park, and it drops you off 3 blocks away. On a weekend on Sunday, I used the ART route bus 15. I liked this route because it was only 3-4 stops and you're directly dropped off at Disneyland's bus center so it's a shorter walk to the park. I only wish the bus came at its scheduled times or were properly updated on the live route site, so you're stuck waiting longer than expected and you're unsure of when the bus will exactly come. - free parking at the lot, gates open automatically , unless event is happening across the street at Honda center - prepay adult day passes ($6 all day) online and show email to bus driver - very clean and impressively aesthetic transit center, usually empty

The EMT did not ask my girlfriend for my address or any personal information. Minimum later received a call from a collections company Cadence an invoice of $1884.67. After asking for a copy of the invoice, it was evident that they put on the pick up location and not my actual address. The invoice also shows the discrepancy of the billing code A0427 ASL1 which states advanced life support emergency transportation. This is from the service in which was provided, which in my opinion was more like an Uber ride with an ECG? The total sum was $2592.67. My insurance paid to bills.. One in the sum of $651.01 the 2nd to the sum of $56.80. I have contacted the collections company with no luck. I have requested supporting documents before I take this to small claims court. I have even stated an acceptable settlement amount of $1000.00 which was turned down. Please check any invoices you receive and know that this company by the past reviews will scam you. BBB complaint has been issued
